Installation Solution Services

I contacted Miguel back in March to do a home theater installation. I gave Miguel the exact parts I needed and we settled on a time in mid April and price for parts and service. Miguel missed the first date by three weeks because the screen he received was defective - as if I would want him to install a broken screen for some reason. When the replacement arrived, Miguel scheduled a new date in early May. He did not arrive on his scheduled day because **he could not get a crew** and booked it for a few days later. He said that it would be a 5-hour job. He came on a Thursday afternoon, spent 6 hours in my house, and only cut a hole in my ceiling and ran a power outlet. He told me he would be back the next day to finish it. He came back on Friday and spent another 4 hours to install the screen backwards. He also mounted the projector backwards. Once both were turned around, he and his crew left. However, the projector would not receive signal from the repeater because it was also installed backwards. I made Miguel come back on Saturday to fix it. He comes out, replaces the repeater with a long HDMI cable (which is all that was needed in the first place) and, in the process, gouges a huge hole in my wall. At this point, the 5-hour job took over 20 hours and lasted a month longer than originally quoted. I finally get the system to work - but I notice that something is wrong. The screen is all wavy. Turns out, Miguel did not buy the screen I ordered. He bought a screen that was $2000 cheaper than the one I ordered, and still charged me for the more expensive screen. On top of that, on Saturday night, the screen jammed shut and will no longer lower. I made multiple attempts to contact Miguel after that. On one call I was able to successfully reach him, he said he would come out and remove the screen. He has not done that. He has not returned multiple calls after that. I have had to have another company come in to fix the mess Miguel made, and they pointed out several code violations that Miguel created in my home because of his shoddy work. On top of all that, Miguel had to charge me multiple times for the invoices, since they kept getting put **on hold**. I have learned since that these holds like these are often from the bank having had trouble with a company in the past and they hold charges because of frequent disputes. I cannot stress how much I recommend that you NOT use Installation Solution Services for any project whatsoever.

On time good job. The only one thing Was going out to get some one to help and hadn't been checked by home advisor. The man was professional nice.

Used for a TV mounting. Quick to respond and did an excellent job in a timely manner. Would 100% recommend to anybody.

They are not timely and change prices on you. Left wires hanging and parts fell after they left. Gave me a quote on a sound system $300 above what I can buy it for.
