We were looking to replace carpet in 4 rooms. We requested a flooring product to match the rest of our home, which thankfully, Scott was able to purchase for us. When Scott and team came to do the install they realized there was no pad on the back of our boards. Scott went to purchase what we needed. He stayed well below our budget and met our request for a quieter option. We were originally told the project would take 2 days, but they finished in one. We are so pleased with the results! The hard floors are just as quiet as the carpeted ones were. The new floors look amazing. The transitions are perfect. I could not have asked for a better experience. Thank. you Scott and team! Scott and his team was Great. They had a lot of subfloor to fix and they jumped in and got the job done and then they layed the LVP in no time . So glad I hired this team and I would definitely hire them again, very professional and also some hardworking people. I would absolutely recommend them to anyone!

Amazing transformation of red oak and replacement of old kitchen tile floors. Our 1940s red oak now looks like white oak and the herringbone pattern in our kitchen is perfection. Thank you!

Scott and his team are amazing. This is the second time I have had them do work for me and they always go above and beyond. We chose to purchase the flooring ourselves and have them install but didn’t realize the flooring we bought was very low quality. Scott stopped work and contacted me to let me know he would move forward with the work if I wanted him to but he highly recommended buying a different flooring. He was right and he helped us call around to find flooring that day and went to pick it up for us. The installation is perfect and took less time than we expected. To say they went above beyond is to say the least. Great group of people who do great work! 10/10 recommend.

The installation went very well exceeding our expectations. Scott was super nice working with us on the estimate, things we need for the job and ways to minimize cost. Freddy and his crew did a beautiful job installing our floor. We are going to use their service again and we already recommended them to friends.

Scott and his team installed our floors early in 2024, and we could not have been happier! We got a few quotes from a few companies, and Installer Direct was the cheapest with the most services included. He responded very quick, and got me a quote within a day. They got to work installing our floors very quick and installed our floors within a couple weeks of initial contact. The floors looked great, and have held up beautifully over the past 6 months. I'm a part time builder and needed a good flooring guy for this job. I'm very familiar with flooring work, but was new to LVP (Luxury Vinyl). I chose Scott based on these Angie's list reviews. I met with him to go over the unit a few months before I was ready for flooring. Once I was ready Scott promptly dispatched a tile crew first to do my bathroom and kitchen backsplash tile. They were on time, did excellent work and paid all the attention to detail I wanted, without me saying a thing. They even caught an error by the tile company that I would not have seen until it was too late. They were skilled in old school methods (hardiboard) and new methods (Schluter/Ditra membranes). I was impressed with their craftsmanship and would recommend then without reservation. Next up was the LVP install. Again, on short notice Scott was able to get a crew there do do the job on my schedule. Different guys, but I also give their craftsmanship an A rating. They were quick but did the job perfect. Not once single complaint about anything they did. The floor was a Cortec Pro Plus high end LVP and looked perfect after installation. I had some custom trim pieces as well as some quarter round locations and all of that was also done quickly and done very well. They cleaned the whole place very well before they left. I would also recommend those guys without reservation. A friend who lived nearby, based on my choice decided to use Scott's crew to do a full bath tile reno as well. This happened at the same time as my work. His bath was more complicated than mine. His was also done to his complete satisfaction. I've had good subs and marginal subs do work for me over the years. I was relieved that these guys did a perfect job, very happy with them. My new floor guys (old guy retired). I can't see any reason to use anyone else. Price was reasonable/going rates, job was perfect. (re: Scott's Condo reno in Nashville)
