I had a rat in my pantry. Mr. Ricardo Gonzales was timely, <br /> reasonably priced, warm, empathetic to my situation, because I have just lost a <br /> sole mate of 13 years, and professional, he completed the job, using the <br /> solution that worked for each individual compromised area of the perimeter of <br /> the house.  He did not try to scare me using my rodent problem as did some other rodent companies. He was honest and friendly and he had <br /> the best tools for the job and material readily available in his truck, so <br /> there would not be costly multiple runs to the store, and worked quickly and <br /> efficiently. The truck was magic. It had everything. He cared about my landscape and the deck, and he used products <br /> only for what they were designed for. He had professional integrity and stressed that he never would use any material for the purposes that it was not designed for. He saved me time and money by buying <br /> products when he was shopping for himself and offered me advice on other areas <br /> of concern in the house. He advised me on buying a power cord for my gardening. <br /> I will be single now and will be doing my own gardening. That was sweet and <br /> warmed my heart. He fixed the plumbing (air conditioner condenser line) leek in <br /> the subspace of my house and offered solutions for the crawl space cover that were <br /> solid and not flimsy. And I love contractors that offer solid solutions. He told me about the condition of my crawl space. He <br /> fixed my electrical problem in the dryer outlet. He told me exactly what was going on and fixed it <br /> in no time with the materials in his truck. After I paid him, he fixed the <br /> recirculation pump to work at a certain time schedule. He also, after fixing <br /> the dryer electrical problem, because we had to move the washer to work on the <br /> dryer and I had to turn off the whole house water for that, made sure that when the <br /> water is turned back on in the whole house, the washer does not leak water and <br /> that the dryer is working, and that the space under the dryer is clean from rat <br /> aftereffect, so, he made sure that the job is really finished and did not leave me with any loose ends. He was humble <br /> but told me that he has a college degree in Civil Engineering and was ery proud of that. And all of the <br /> above tasks he accomplished in a fraction of the time. He took a half an hour <br /> lunch and was gone for 30 minutes exactly. He gave me a piece of mind and my worries <br /> of the problems I had in my house are now in the past. He is truly an angel. He <br /> is responsible and reachable by phone. He loves his work, and is very athletic <br /> and thin enough to fit into my crawl space. He told me that he considers his work part of the athletic activities that he does for his living. The other is hiking. I would be looking forward to having him for my future fix ups. He would never take advantage of a single woman that does not know construction and gave me quality work for my money. <br />

Ricardo called me about a week before the work was to begin and came by to check out the job.  He told me he would contact me me in a week which he did.  he call me and told me he would come on 11/14/15 at 10:00 AM.  He came at that time and started his work and had completed his work at about 4:00 PM.  This included cleaning up all of his work area, I was very pleased with his work and will have him back for any other handyman needs. <br />

All of my projects went well with Ricardo. The quality of the work done was excellent.

Ricardo Gonzalos, he is a student, so he works part time. He is a little bit pricey. He works by the hour. He does do pretty good work. He is coming over Sunday to hang some rugs for me. He basically does not terribly complicated work like locks and that. I think he does very conscientious work. I call him and I had him during the summer when he wasn't going to school and he was able to do some things at my apartment. Locks, little repairs.

Prompt, courteous, clean, efficient, knowledgeable, friendly. Definite winner. <br />

He was wonderful. He was very friendly and professional.

He finished it very quickly and effectively. He is reliable, professional and very easy to work with. <br /> He also completed two other jobs for me. One was the installation of a house cooling fan. That project was very satisfactory. He ordered and installed the fan quickly, and minimised the cost of the project.

Went very well; finished what he started in a satisfactory amount of time and I'm happy with his work. I will certainly call him again when the need arises.
