They didn't charge anything, pre inspection, and they were amazing.. Desiree and Kaluki were there.

ABSOLUTLY THE BEST!!! Our neighbor was having some estimates for service. She had a couple providers come do evaluations and give estimates. She immediately decided who she was using based on the informative explanation of what was needed and options. She educated us on the concerns pointed out by Scott, and we decided we should have KC Commandos look at ours too. (We live in multifamily structure, our homes are identical, and attached, so we often do major maintenance in tandem.) The estimate was fair, the customer service provided by the salesperson was superior. They were able to schedule us quickly and on the same day as our neighbor, reducing the chaos of the maintenance event to one trip for them, and one day for us. On the workday, the whole team came out, we were introduced to the work crew by Scott, informed how the day would play out and work began. The team was considerate to our property, took absolutely every necessary precaution to ensure our homes stayed clean and tidy while the project was in operation. They kept us informed of the timelines for different activities happening between the 2 units. When they left, it was if they had never entered the house. The team was TOP NOTCH!!! it does not get any better than these folks! It has been a couple weeks since the project was done. We have had multiple conversations with our neighbor checking in on each other and what we thought of the work, how our HVAC units seem to be operating less frequently, how much more comfortable we feel in our homes. We cannot wait to see our updated utility bills, now that this upgrade has been completed. FYI, our home construction was 1980, and there had been no insulation upgrades/improvements since initial construction under the code/guidelines set forth at that time. LASTLY - I cannot recommend this company enough. Insulation is not a frequently re-visited project like painting walls, but if it were, I would be calling them for every job!

Their professionalism, honesty and punctuality is above and beyond. You will never regret hiring Insulation Commandos KC. Insulation Commandos gave me what I wanted with my home. My house is warm and cozy. I would recommend Insulation Commandos a million times. Keep that high with the good spirit.

The Insulation Commando's Team was fantastic. Kaluki and Joe are very kind, professional, and knowledgeable. Their team (Garrett, James, Brian, and Elijah) were very nice and showed up ready to go. The team walked me through every step of the process, shared before/after pictures, and explained how there were able to quickly resolve issues they found that was causing cold air to leak into the house. Outstanding work, the house is already warmer, and feeling comfortable - I really appreciate everything they did.

Insulation Commandos recently blew insulation in to an exterior wall in my 125yr old house. They were SO easy to work with from consultation to installation, and clean up. They were prompt and left my home cleaner than they found it. I can't say enough good things about Kaluki and her team, and HIGHLY recommend them!

Scheduling was easy. They were helpful in squeezing us in before tax benefit deadline. They were respectful of our budget. They were knowledgeable of the work.
