Just finished with project Awaiting final walkthrough

Having my exterior walls insulated with NW Insulation really could have not gone better. First, I had the estimator come out just a couple days after I called, he spent an hour or so going over my house & checking the insulation and then figured out the estimate. I was shocked, with the PSE rebate, which NW Insulation takes care of, the estimate was thousands less than I thought it would be! I signed up, and a day or so later I got a call to schedule the install, again, surprisingly, they could do it right away and I scheduled for about a week out. The installers got to my house about 8am and were very polite and professional. They basically worked all day, got the job done, and were on their way. They left everything clean and it is amazing to me how the house looked when they were done. They blew in the insulation from the exterior and the method that they used left no trace, they removed a course of siding, drilled holes, filled the walls, plugged the holes, and replaced the siding

The crew was quick, efficient, fairly quiet and professional. Keith Hamm, their representative, was friendly and professional and informative. He took pictures of everything he found and helped me understand exactly what I was looking at and where the biggest issues were. Being claustrophobic, I couldn't go into either the attic or crawlspace.

Insulation Northwest did an outstanding job insulating the attic and walls of our 1940s Seattle house. From the initial sales conversation, through scheduling and the actual installation, the entire experience was seamless and fairly priced. Vlad in sales was particularly great. He was knowledgeable, low pressure, and patient while I gathered other bids to compare. After looking around, Insulation Northwest still came out as the best option on price and value. The crew was incredibly efficient. They knocked the whole job out in a single day while I was at work, and everything was clean when they took off. The whole team was professional and easy to work with. If I have another insulation project in the future, they're who I'm calling. Highly recommend.

Scheduling was easy and quick, and the workers did a great job and cleaned up well. There was a spot under a sink that the cellulose started coming in when they were blowing it in, but we found it quickly and they cleaned it up and sealed the hole so it wasn't a problem.

Five stars for the service and communication! The gentleman who provided our quote was very helpful, and the installers were tidy and professional. Even though there was a slight mix-up with the garage door insulation being forgotten, they handled it perfectly and came back to finish the job within the week. We wish the temperature difference in the garage was a little more noticeable, but we are satisfied with the job they did.

Great job, fair estimate. Workers were very professional. Did a great job protecting the flooring, and workmanship was fantastic. Had extra blown in insulation added to my attic. Work included repairing/replacing any missing attic insulation baffles and pest exclusion as necessary.

Responsive and informative during the initial quote. Got the job done quickly. Removed 1 star due to not receiving photos of the job afterwards after being told they would be sent.

They arrived on time and were presentable. They insulated my attic and crawlspace and informed me of a water leak I was unaware of (repaired by me). The leak would have cost me thousands down the road if left as-is. Their price was competitive and the CNG rebates were deducted from my invoice and paid directly to them. Had black Mold!!! Matt Hutson, Tim and Kali and others came out and did a thorough job improving ventilation in the attic, added a fan and new vents, increased our insulation to bring up to code, replaced all the baffles to durable plastic ones and got Purafog involved to mitigate all the mold! Really appreciate the work done!!

Insulation northwest did a great job on my condominium attic space. Superior customer service super clean. A screen was damaged during the removal process.And they replaced it, no questions, asked. Their customer service department for appointment setting was absolutely wonderful. They worked with me on time would highly recommend insulation northwest.

From quote to install to inspection, it was a great experience. They were responsive and professional. Definitely recommend. The work was immediately noticed and my house is much more energy efficient.

Great company to work with. Crawl space and ductwork insulation was failing badly. They came in, removed all the old stuff, replaced everything with new inulation tied into the crawl space joists. Very professional looking. Photos and my going into the crawl space showed everything clean. The PSE rebate was significant and all paperwork was handed by Insulation Northwest, a simple and seamless process for me, the homeowner. This was a tough, dirty job that was done in one day to a level exceeding my expectations.

Insulation Northwest Representative returned my phone inquiry surprisingly fast. An appointment was made for a company representative to visit our home and give an estimate. We received a PDF within 48 hours. Gave it a review and reassessment in how this would or wouldn't fit our plan to correct the winter and summer temperature fluctuations we were experiencing in the rooms immediately above.
