"He orders over the phone with a general description of what he needed and it turned out also required a special part THAT WE NEVER EVEN QUOTED HIM that we had to track down ON A HOLIDAY WEEKEND. We gave him a discount and that?s still not enough to make him happy. He gives us a four star review and unfairly complains because of his shortcomings as a plumbing estimator. I appreciate a good review but don?t really feel like we are responsible for his own cost expectation being WRONG."
"xxxxxbag spent twenty minutes telling us about how he has a friend Murph who is a PLUMBER who lives out of state and who told him his original old drain pipes are shot and need to be replaced and how he will not be able to clear them. He asked us for a price on replacing the pipes but he also asked us to try to clear his drain. We tried and rather than break his rusty pipes and flood his house with sewage we stopped. He is mad over $175."
