As my first time using Angi list, I'm more than just amazed at the work they did in my home. They fix my AC/Heating system. I had four roofing companies assess a roof leak problem and Fred with IPS was the only one that did not immediately recommend a roof replacement. Everyone else (Bachmans, Mitri, Home Genius) only recommended solution was to replace the entire roof. Fred found the problem was elsewhere on the property and as a result saved me thousands of dollars. I later used him for plumbing repairs and other issues on my rental properties as well and his work ethic and performance far exceeded my expectations. I will be using Fred with Integrated Property Solutions for everything going forward. I just wish I could get the last 10+ years back of wasting time and money with general handymen. It will cost more but it is so worth it to just work with a reputable company that has a public profile with tons of positive reviews. If you have rental properties your tenants will stay longer and therefore increase NOI over time.

IPS responded quickly and fixed the issue (gutter pulling away from the eave) the next day. They also took care of another issue that I was aware of which had worsened considerably - broken boots that surround the bathroom & kitchen exhaust vent pipes on the roof. One reason that I called IPS is the trust that I've developed with this contractor dating back a few years when I was seeking an estimate for enlarging the kitchen. Fred, the owner of IPS, patiently explained a variety of options but did not push us. We appreciated that he was willing to provide advice that helped us, even if it meant that he wouldn't be getting work from us that day. For that reason, I'll always be confident in using his services.

Tony, my assigned handyman is a bright and creative person of unusually varied skills. It seemed that he could lay his hands on an appliance and diagnose the problem in minutes-then fix the problem that hadn’t been done properly by his predecessor. He is very alert and responsive to my thoughts and suggestions and successfully dealt with the items on my list. I expect a return visit to deal with a roof patch and gutter flush that rain had prevented on the day of his work.

I was stuck in 8" of snow. AAA could not get me out. My car was stuck for 3 days. No one had a truck that could help but IPS. Fred came right away, was very professional and did a great job.

It went as I expected. I have used Integrated Property Solutions ever since I moved to Allentown Saturday evening the light switch in my bathroom broke off in my hand, I never in my 70 years even heard of that, it left me in the dark, and nervous about an electrical shock and or fire. Needless to say, I panicked and called Fred at Integrated Property Solutions and He heard the panic in my voice and agreed to come out on an emergency basis on a Saturday night to my rescue. Always there when I need them. This is a professional, efficient, and super reliable and honest company.

Exceptional. I called today because of the forecast for heavy rain and they came within the hour. Unbelievably efficient and professional. Completed job in a timely manner with no cleanup left for me. As I have stated previously, this is the only company I would utilize for any and all property issues.

The jobs not done yet, but right out of the gate I was impressed with their courtesy, knowledge, and professionalism. They are very personable and clearly capable of taking care of my issues, which include plumbing, patching, carpentry, painting, and water/mold mitigation. They were able to come out quickly when I needed them, and are working with my schedule to get the job done. I'll be sure to update when the jobs complete!

Last year we hired Fred to help remove some old mold from our basement, treat the area, put in new insulation and finally helped us clean out the basement. Very impressed with his work ethics and the reasonable prices he charged us. He has since been back twice to repair our leaking chimney and some various plumbing issues. He can handle anything we ask of him! Highly recommend!

Absolutely the only company I would use. I have used this company many times, and I have never been disappointed. They quickly responded to my request and the work was done almost immediately. The chimney was in serious disrepair and need to be rebuilt. New mortar and tuck work, new chimney crown and cap along with roof flashing repair. They arrived early and began the job immediately. They worked in a diligent and industrious manner, the work was completed and there was no mess for me to take care of. They are professional, skilled, efficient, and completed this project in the estimated time frame. I just love this company!!!!!
