they did an excellent job they replaced my heating and air unit in one day. They had to get a crane since i live in a condo and part of my unit is on the roof of my condo 4 stories in the air.  Since it was already winter I was concerned that we may have to spend a night without any heat but they were done by the afternoon.  The unit works great they called the next day to see how everything was going I was very pleased with the service and the product that they installed.  I would highly recommend them if you you need service or a new unit. <br />

Pat and his team at Integrated Systems of the Triangle have been doing all of our HVAC and electrical for several years now.  We build high end custom homes and small commercial projects in our area and have always been satisfied with Pat's level of service, professionalism, and overall quality of work.  Pat's team also did the HVAC and electrical in our new personal home and we could not be more pleased.  They are most certainly a contractor you would want to call on. <br />

I used IST both on my heat and air and electrical.  This is a sub that you want to use.  Very professional and always there for you.  My wife had a couple of changes and with no problems the changes were done.  Anybody around Raleigh should be calling these guys.  Put them on your list. <br />

Great experience.   One of the few contractors we hired that stayed on pace and on budget!  Pat and his team were very professional, responsive, and clean.  We have been in the house for over 3 years and have had no problems with the HVAC or electrical system.  I highly recommend IST!

Entire experience was excellent!  We called Pat on Monday morning and he met us Tuesday morning to evaluate our problem / situation.  He called Tuesday afternoon to walk through the assessment and cost.  Wednesday morning his team was on site.  They were very courteous and clean.  All the work was completed by Thursday and I met with Pat's HVAC manager to review all that he did.  He then went back under the house to "clean up some things he saw that he didn't like" that a previous contractor had done years earlier - at no charge!!  The entire process went very smoothly and we could not be happier with the process.  Pat runs an honest, diligent operation where he doesn't try to sell you something you don't need and gives you options on the things you do need.  I would recommend Integrated Systems of the Triangle to anyone needing HVAC, Electrical or Insulation work!
