Nick and Doug, two really great guys. Nick provided honest feedback and gave a really strong bid, I was impressed with his sales acumen and direct communication. Doug was punctual, communicative, and motivating for his crew, and really seemed to go out of his way to make sure the job was done right. Doug's crew worked their butts off and did an outstanding job, it was probably the most frustrating job the crew has done, a very hard excavating pier and beam job. I really appreciate them, especially in knowing the fact that my home and it's foundation is properly repaired and safe for my family.

I sell real estate and having reliable, honest companies you can trust to give straight up honest answers is crucial I have zero tolerance for my clients being mislead. I always refer several companies so my client can investigate and be informed before making a decision on who to choose for any work that needs to be done. I have had clients choose Integrity and have gotten only positive feedback . Recently I had a client who had a pretty major repair, it was complicated and there were many issues . Integrity stood behind the repair price even after realizing there were additional issues that would normally cause a pretty major increase in price. Bottom line they stand behind their word even if it means they take a hit. In this day and time that is the kind of company you want on your side. Yes, bids with low prices are great, but only if the job is done right, on time and for the price you agreed on. Integrity lives up to its chosen name. They still do business the only way it should be done " my word is my bond" . Special thanks to Nick who worked on this particular job I am speaking of in this review. It was just time for me to spread the word about Integrity's great service.

Well. A plumber came to perform the plumbing test before and after the piers. They arrived on time and the crew got to work immediately. They lifted the house noticeably. Integrity had the structural engineer I had hired come back out to check the work that same day.

Integrity showed up on time and worked very hard. Afterwards the back end of the house still sagged enough that my office chair would roll out of place while trying to work. I called them and they did come back and repair it. They were very nice and Dianne Hurt was a pleasure to deal with. My only concern now is that if you look at the house from the street you see the middle of the garage going upward and the two sides of it noticeably sinking in the opposite direction. Another thing that does still bother me was that after the work, they put mortar in the cracks of the brick without pushing the bricks back in place so they jut out and the mortar is a completely different color than the brick. I feel deeply bothered by those things. Updated as of 4/17/17 - They came back last week and worked with us to fix the issues. They raised a corner of the house that needed to be raised. They were very nice, polite and professional. I would recommend them.

Great all around experience. This is the second time i've used Integrity and i'll be using them again if the need should arise. (all different structures)
I had scheduled the initial appointment for a week out, but called in the next day to see if they could get anyone sooner. They said no but called back shortly after to tell me there had been a cancellation and would I like to move up. Jarod was there the next day to give us an estimate, which we got right there on the spot. We had some pretty bad cracking and Jarod said we were about -3.0 on about half the house. He guestimated we would get up to -1.5. We scheduled the first appointment they had available, about a month away. Less than a week later we asked if they had any cancellations and again they first said no, but then called back and were able to bump us up to the next day if we wanted. A crew came in, very courteous and professional and began work right away. They took one day for the whole project.
We had some big tire ruts in the yard where the previous tenant had driven a moving truck up to the front door on account of some major rain. The guys at Integrity filled in the ruts with extra dirt they had dug up to install the piers. This is a company who go above and beyond without expectation or having to be asked.
Bottom line, as long as the price stay's right i'll never go anywhere else.
Had 3 companies provide estimates. IFR was 1/2 the cost (price included the city permit, plumbing inspection and structural engineer final report). Although they were going to do alot less work. I was concerned about that at first, but they convinced me that I didn't need as many piers and that concrete would be fine for my situation. In fact, one of the places that the other 2 said I needed piers, IFR said was actually due to a rotted seal plate and the tree roots growing next to the house and recommended that I cut down the tree. When pressed on it, they said they'd be happy to sell me more piers, and more expensive materials if they thought I needed it, but they didn't want to sell me something I didn't need.
They used a large crew and installed the concrete piers and leveled the beams of the house in half a day. Immediately upon leaving, I realized that they didn't repair the seal plate. I called their office who got in touch with the foreman, and his crew came right back and repaired the seal plate the same day (he had overlooked it on the work order). While under the house, he noticed that there was another section of seal plate on the otherside that also had issues, and that he wanted to replace it. They did so the next day AT NO ADDITIONAL COST.
Although they filled the holes from the installed piers with extra dirt, after the recent rains we had, a few of them sunk below ground level by about 1 foot. I called their office, and they had a guy come out the next day and refill the holes.
All in all, very pleased.

I usually obtain at least 3 estimates but Jarrods assessment is what I expected. I have some experience with this type of work. I wanted it done over the holidays when I had time off. They made it happen. The crew showed up on time and did not leave until the job was done - same day. The supervisor, Paulino, communicated well and we both agreed not to try to get the house perfectly level because it could have resulted in a major plumbing problem. The one thing that bothered me during the work was the amount of movement occurring in my house during the installation of the piers. I am not sure if this could have been reduced. I have 14 feet of tight clay under my house so pressing concrete pilings in using the weight of the house caused it to lift off and on for each pier. Perhaps metal rods or similar would have resulted in less disturbance or lift during installation, I am not sure.

The good news is the majority of the cracks in the wallboard, tile, and exterior brick sealed very quickly. However, the next day I spotted 6 or 7 new cracks in the wall board on the front side of the house where most of the lifting occurred. They said this happens a lot because of the sudden change after years of gradual settling. The doors that were sticky now work correctly; although my front door is now rubbing on the bottom. They indicated this happens sometimes and I will need to have it adjusted at my expense in the future. One clear problem was one of the drain boxes they installed as part of my French drain system. It was placed right next to my porch in the back yard and I consider it a tripping hazard because its a steep drop off. They did send a person out after a few days to look at it and he agreed it should be relocated to have grass on all sides so it can slope gently away from it on all sides. He said he would turn in his request to the owners for it to be relocated. So I may have to wait several weeks before this is resolved. I will report back if there is a problem.

The engineer they work with showed up nearly 45 minutes early without warning. He was a bit defensive and pretty abrupt when I had a number of questions. I just wanted to understand the basis of a warranty and whether the house was repair sufficiently for resale. He probably did a good job, just not real open to questions.

I know their service was priced competitively and I appreciate them being straightforward, not using any fear-based tactics. I failed the sewer line test and will have to pay for a plumber to come out. The test itself which is needed to isolate various sections of the whole sewer line under my house will cost between $500 and $900. My insurance company, Liberty Mutual will not pay for it or any of the foundation or plumbing repairs. Its possible I had this problem before the foundation work was done. If its well underneath the house and not near the piers that were installed, then I believe that will confirm it was probably pre-existing. So at this time the experience has not been pleasant, but it needed to be done and I believe their approach, which was on the conservative side was probably appropriate. My advice is to have your foundation checked sooner than later if you suspect problems exist. I really need more time to pass before I can accurately give a grade because of the complications and stress related to all of this. For now my overall grade is B.

The service went well. They had the best estimate out of the other companies I contacted. There was a minor issue with the repair but they were happy to come out as many times as they needed to make sure the work was done correctly. The son of the owner came out to supervise the crew to make sure they were doing what they were supposed to. A crew of 6-8 technicians came out for the job. The foundation was finally set up correctly within a few weeks. They were very persistent and hard workers. It was very easy to contact them about my issues and easy to schedule.

Integrity provided a free quote, which came in lower than two other quotes. The quote called for less work than the other two. So I called and asked the owner, who also does the estimates, why he recommended less work than the other two had. He explained that he could see that the house had foundation work done back in the day, and that he could add twice as many new supports as he suggested, but that it wouldn't do much good in the long run. There was a particular spot in the house where new supports were necessary, but beyond that the existing supports looked good and just needed to be re-shimmed. I gathered from our conversation that he knows what he is doing, so we went ahead with the job. His team of ~6 guys showed up right on time on the scheduled day and worked hard for about 5-6 hours. The floor is much more level than before, not totally perfect, but much better. The plumber and engineer were both on time the next day to review the work. The independent engineer said that the house passes his structural integrity test. He also said that I could spend 2-3 times more than I did trying to get the house perfectly level, but it would almost certainly be impossible given the age of the house and the frequency with which the ground moves in that area.
All in all, I found Integrity to be professional, knowledgeable, punctual, and fair with prices.
