I want first start off by saying this review is in no way shape or form a reflection of my technicians work. Dexter initially came out to diagnose tbs issue and Eddie did the install. Both were friendly and professional. My issue is with the business. When Dexter came out I was told that my 2008 unit had a bad motor and that he could order it or replace the old unit. Knowing the unit would end up costing me more money I replaced the unit. Dexter presented 3 levels of AC to replace my current 3.5 ton system. I choice the mid range option which he told me would cost 13k. Dexter was not able to tell me why it would cost that much but assured me that the company would be able to send me an invoice with the pricing break down. Since this was an emergency replacement, because it’s Florida and I have a 5 month old in the house the install was schedule for the next day. The invoice that was sent over, only quoted the total amount. When Eddie showed up the next day, I asked him if he could get me the pricing break down of what I paid for. He called his service manager who said they would email it to me and call me later to go over it with me. Eddie completed his work and said that he would be back to switch out a breaker, and check the system again. The service manager never called, and no one was out to my house to fix the breaker or check the system. I can’t help feel like I was taken advantage of since I have now had time to look at the model they installed and get a quote for how much it cost to install. A 5-6k job somehow cost me double. I and no one will reach back out to me and tell me why. I am surprised. Dexter told me the owner is prior military, and that the name Integrity came from his time in service. Being a service me member myself for the last 16 years, I thought this would be a good company to go with. At this point, I would not recommend this company to anyone. They have zero transparency in their billing. Probably the worst 13k I have ever spent. Update: The business called me to tell me that the charges for this unit was due to their warranty. After calling other A/C companies in the area and pricing out the unit these guys installed, I learned that the cost of the unit, fully installed elsewhere would have cost 6-8k. Integrity Home Solutions insists that the remaining 5-7k is for the warranties they gave me which I was not able to opt out of. They then offered to install a UVPhotoMAX air purification system in my home for free. They claim this system is worth 2k. However further calls to local HVAC companies revealed that this same system could be installed for 300-400 dollars. Additionally, they expect me to remove my post on this predatory experience before they will “Make it Right”. Again, this place is a scam. They are overcharging everyone. Do not use this company.

They broke a drain line that had water running through the ceiling and out the smoke detector in the office. Did a half assed job repairing it. The upstairs air condition stops working consistently. They bragged about their warranty but fail to tell you they charge you $89 per visit. Been a year and a half and it’s still not fixed. They won’t come out to honor their warranty unless I pay them. They had a maintenance guy come out for free routine maintenance that forgot to put all the screws in and dented the air handler so the air leaks in the garage. Stay as far away from this company as possible.

CALL SOMEONE ELSE! I moved here almost five years ago. I bought an old house in Tampa knowing it would need a great deal of work. It was built in the 1940s and had additions from a few different decades. An old Army buddy had recommended INTEGRITY because he had a friend he trusted working for them at the time. I’ve used them numerous times over the years. After a few service calls for the ancient A/C unit in the attic, I was getting frustrated. The drain line would clog up almost every month and the unit had a slow leak somewhere. The Tech from Integrity kept charging the system with coolant again and charging me every time of course. I began to think that I didn't really have much choice and would have to just bite the bullet and get a new unit, which they jumped at and were sure to squeeze me for as much as they could. The new unit does work better than the old one, but the drain line still clogs constantly. When I brought this up with them, somehow it's MY fault and if only I would buy a priority membership (or whatever they call it) I wouldn't have the problem. I've since learned that they screwed up when putting in the new drain line… I used them for a plumbing issue. Remember it is an old house, a mix of old cast iron piping, copper, and the newer portions in PVC. I'm sure it isn't the easiest set up to work on, but that was why I was calling professionals right? The sewage line had clogged and the whole house was backing up. The smell was bad but I was more worried about the kids being able to shower and the ability to prepare food etc. Their guy showed up and spent about 5 hours with his camera ramming it through pipes trying to use the camera line to unclog everything. Over and over he kept telling me that there were tree and plant roots growing into the pipes and that I HAD to get the system jetted out. Jetting out of the pipes would require them to dig up the sewer line, cut it open, and run their pressure washer line through all the pipes. This got expensive pretty quick but they made it seem that I didn't really have an alternative. The procedure did unclog the lines… …for a few days. The next time ( three days later I believe) they ended up sending another guy out and he unclogged it in about an hour this time. He used a snake and ran it through the lines quite easily. I spoke with him for a time about the house’s plumbing and what the other plumber had told me. You see, the house is a raised one. The pipes are above ground until they almost completely exit the house. I crawled under the house to check it out myself. There is not a single tree root or plant growing anywhere near these pipes. I called them again one last time because my water heater was having issues and I was lacking in time, and I now had their phone number saved and even on my fridge. Their latest service guy showed up and I took him straight to the water heater. I told him everything that I had told their receptionist on the phone. The water heater was old and I wasn't expecting the world from these guys but I was expecting a bit more than what they did. There were two of them but the only thing they did was to take a picture of the water heater and then charge me a service visit fee. They inspected nothing, fixed nothing, and just repeated back to me what I had already told them… …and I owed THEM money for this! The next day I took off work, went through the water heater myself and fixed it for about thirty bucks in parts, cheaper than their service call fee. Long story short, this company is NOT going to fix your issues, but they will take your money. CALL SOMEONE ELSE!

Bought this for my parents who had a toilet not working issue. During first visit they were told the toilet needed to be replaced which was absolutely not the case. Soon after the toilet started leaking and we had to call the plumber back. Once again they were told toilet needed to be replaced but he could fix the leak for an additional $$$. My parents were willing to pay that and work was done. I had to call into the company and complain to ensure they were not charged again. After a few months I was able to visit again (COVID kept me away) and I discovered that literally nothing had been done to the toilet. No valves or flappers replaced and the toilet still had issues. A quick trip to Home Depot and a new valve and flapper solved the problem. So this company hires people who outright lie, take advantage of the elderly, and do not stand behind their work. Stay away!

Terrible! Bought their prime package and was estimated a AC repair window of next day between 10-12. Was supposed to receive a call when the part came in. After numerous calls to them, the part had arrived but they had no techs available (even after buying their preferred customer package and then knowing we had 3 kids including a 7 month old). We had to follow up with them just to go 3 days without our AC fixed and the reason went from “The part is here but we don’t have any available techs to, the warehouse made a mistake and marked the part here when it wasn’t which is absolute BS”). Integrity? Ha! If I could give 0 stars and cancel my “prime member package” yesterday, I would. And the worst part of, I was referred by the Owner of a bigger company that doesn’t service my area. The tech was great but the communication, price (or lack thereof) was terrible. Do not use this company, pay $28.25 a month for their BS subscription or recommend them to anyone with kids. The part wad clearly in stock. No cooling units “were available” nor techs and they were focused on bigger jobs than our $330 repair after they just charged $360 for another repair in September and we’re supposed to be premier members. Little do they know that a friend of mine owns 8 advertising trucks and I’ll go out of my way to assure families that this company cares 0 about your comfort.

The appointment window was between 8:00 and 10:00 AM. The technician arrived at about noon. He quoted over $600 to do what I believed to be a relatively simple job. He also really tried to sell their "club" membership program. I declined the service. He then called his manager and was able to get the price down to $344. I thought the price was still too high and declined. I had to pay a "service fee" of $39. Afterwards I was able to find a company that will do the work for under $200.

I had my AC unit stop working overnight. At least it was in December! I called several AC contractors I have used in the past through Angie's List and none were available for at least several weeks. I also found Integrity Home Solutions Plumbing, Heating & Air Conditioning listed on Angie's List with many good reviews so I gave them a call. Everyone I dealt with was pleasant, they were able to see me same day, except I was at work and unable to make it home in the scheduled time. They offered first thing the next morning. The technician showed up on time, explained what happened (motor burned out) and the cost to replace. I approved and he got everything completed in just a few hours. Overall, very efficient and responsive team all around. After a month, everything is still working fine. I would recommend this company for AC repairs.

Mason our serviceman was so efficient. He immediately knew exactly what the situation was just by looking at the equipment. He was very professional, very pleasant and personable. I would recommend him and the company. I respect Mason/company and trust them because they didn't try to gouge me by saying it was something else than what it actually was. Thank you Mason and Integrity Home Solutions, your name suits you well....."Integrity"

Trevor and the company are nice people, but not all things are not explained up front. Like all the different payment options, and drywall repair and painting. I thought if they cut a hole in the dry wall, that it would be returned like it was. Tony did repair and paint the drywall, but the wrong color. When Shawn asked me about the work Tony did, I told him about the Painting, He said he would call Trevor about it, Trevor called and said that they were not suppose to paint the drywall, but if I picked out the paint, he would send Tony Back, Tony did the repaint. They also wanted to be paid before all the work was done, I never pay in full before the work is done.

I have a warranty company that sent Integrity to swap my hot water heater. Integrity's manager tried conning me that my warranty company would not replace my unit for over a week and i would still have to pay over $600 for the install. I had zero water. Integrity tried to talk me into buying their unit outright for $1700 the next day and cashing out my warranty. I purchased a hot water heater with a much better warranty (10 yrs parts & labor) from Mr. Rooter for $1100. I spoke to my warranty company the next day and found out that it was all a lie. I would not have had to pay any additional fees. They were just trying to get extra money.
Response from Integrity Home Solutions
"[Member Name Removed], We are truly sorry for your frustration. The home warranty company will not pay to bring your system up to code, code set by your city or county. We are obligated to bring the heater up to code when it is replaced or we can lose our license. This is the price difference. Maybe something was lost in translation but we did recommend you calling your home warranty company before doing anything. Last we heard you started you were having issue getting through to your home warranty company to verify. Please know this was our recommendation."

Great. Mason was super thorough in cleaning both of our heat pump units both inside and out. He thoroughly explained options for replacing our older units, along with the pros/cons and provided us quotes. This was our 2nd scheduled maintenance service with Integrity, and the service was equally as professional and thorough.

This company is amazing! Same day estimate - next day service. Alan gave us the estimate and a very professional plumber Mike pulled a toilet and installed a new one for us. Extremely neat and clean - fast and efficient. What a pleasure to work with this company! They showed up when they said they would and did what they said they'd do. I will definitely use them again. 5 stars+++++

We had a leak in our 12 year old water heater so had Your Home Services come out to take a look. It was leaking all over the place so they advised we replace with a new unit. Everything went smooth, great service all around and a pretty quick install. It happened on New Year's Eve so we had to wait until after the holiday, but that's totally understandable. All around happy with the work and will use them again for future plumbing (and A/C) needs.

I checked for coupons on Angie's list and read the reviews, expected it to go smoothly. Called the provider, asked questions about the additional charges if any and was told only extra would be the permit. That was wrong. Upon the tech showing up at my house the cost skyrocketed from 800 to 1400. Told I needed a drip pan, expansion tank, additional piping, among other things. Also I still haven't received my receipt nor was the owner manual for the water heater left for me. They wanted to charge 250 to file the permit, something that a contractor can do online, but homeowners have to do in person and costs 77, over 200% markup
Response from Integrity Home Solutions
"[Member Name Removed], We are sorry for your frustrations, but our deal details are clearly outlined in the deal you chose. We had no way to know over the phone you would need a new water heater pan and expansion tank. Listening to the call from when you called in the young lady on the phone mentioned the permit and bringing up to code was not included. You stated you thought the house was up to code. Again without seeing the setup, we would not have known if this is accurate or not, and unfortunately it was not. We did give an upfront, no-obligation price before starting the work. You could have declined to move forward at that time. I am not sure how we are responsible for this decision making; there were no surprises. The tech even gave you a significant discount on the expansion tank to help you out. The water heater coupon clearly states the permit, and anything needed to bring your water heater up to code read below as this is on the deal: "-Offer includes: basic installation in-garage only; other types of installation may require additional cost; proper access only; disposal of existing water heater - Offer excludes: does not include expansion device, but this is available for an extra cost; does not include permits (if applicable); if required, these will be collected at the time of service - If your system is not up to code, an additional fee will apply in order to upgrade your system to code specifications.""
