Gas Heating and Furnace Service
Everything has been very smooth. Right before the winter blizzard coming this weekend, the heater went out. Fortunately Robert has been very responsive and get the new heater installed within 48 hours. They were also professional and helpful during the estimation, consultation and installation process.

Integrity was the only company I contacted that would come do the venting necessary for my new kitchen exhaust fan. He explained the process thoroughly for the installation I needed. The vent work was done professionally and quickly. I definitely recommend.

I put my project in Saturday morning. They called me back Saturday afternoon and said they can come look at it Monday morning. They got here I told them what was going on they called to see if they had the parts to do the job. They gave me a price and said they can do it Wednesday morning which they came out and did I give them a 10 out of 10 for my project.

Had a fantastic experience! Absolutely honest about our needs and have several options, did not recommend an extremely expensive system, was helpful in us picking the right quality for our budget and gave options. Robert at Integrity and his helper were absolutely great. They tested the unit, explained what needed to be done, corrected the issue and then explain it the issue came back (low Freon) there could be a leak somewhere and more investigation would be needed. They verified the unit was working properly, cleaned up afterwards, and were completely professional. Thank You Integrity HVAC

Robert and Paul took the time to look at my AC unit and test the system when I was having issues. Robert explained in detail and showed me what he was doing along the way. They gave me an honest opinion about my AC unit after testing and troubleshooting the issues. I appreciate their honesty and integrity in the entire process - it really gave me peace of mind in deciding on a new unit/investment. I had them install a new AC unit. I was given Integrity HVACs information after searching Greenville for a reputable HVAC company and having no luck. Robert was easy to communicate with and provided a thorough estimate same day of arrival. We were able to schedule our HVAC replacement by that week! We live in a 1930s home and also had significant duct work issues in the basement. They were able to get me an additional estimate & complete the work within the same week. They were thorough, efficient & professional. We will absolutely use them for future work at our home. Thankful for Integrity!
