<p>The service performed was exceptional.  The door lock was completely broken.  Not only would it not lock, the door would not close.  Mr. Warren Grisafi arrived right on time, quickly fixed the problem, was very personable and explained the broken part he would have to order.  The glass door is over 15 years old, but he said he felt confident he could get the part needed.  Until then my door not only closes, it locks!  He advised me he would call me next week and give me an update.  The total cost was $25.00  I was amazed that this kind of person/service still existed in this day/time/area.  I could not be more pleased and would certainly recommend the company: Integrity Lock & Safe 813-927-5097 located in Land O' Lakes.</p> <br />

Warren was able to schedule an appointment with me the same day!  He did a great job, changed out the locks and made some additional keys.  He also made some helpful suggestions while on property. I will not hesitate to recommend Integrity Lock & Safe! <br />

Gary called minutes after I called and left a message (on Thursday) that I needed their services. He was courteous and professional. We set the appointment for Monday at 10AM. Monday at 9:27 called and let me know he was on his way and would be here at 10AM (depending on traffic). He was here, right on time! He asked if I had a key to both doors. I provided them to him. He immediately got to work and had them completed in approximately 20 minutes. He noticed that my front door was a little off - due to settling. He took time out of his busy schedule to correct an issue that I wasn't even aware of. Very impressive. Great customer service! I had purchased a new home and needed my front and back door lo?ks reke and repaired. I called Integrity and they came out the same day. Quality and pofession?lism was great.

Locks work perfectly.  Smooth and easy to open. Service was quick, professional and timely. <br />

I needed to have all locks to the house [4] answering to a single key and  all locks to the gates in the fence [3] ditto.  I expected, because it wasn?t an emergency, to wait at least a day for service.  Imagine my surprise when the gentleman who answered the phone told me he would be here in 1½ hours!   I also requested 4 of each key be made along with 3 new keys to the garage. <br /> He arrived on time and got right to work.  He used keys with different heads for each set of locks - so it's easy to tell which key goes to which lock.  <br /> Furthermore, I had had a door whose lock-plate was not aligned with the dead-bolt.  A handyman had attempted to fix it but left it unfinished.  He noticed the problem on his own without my bringing it to his attention and completed the job properly. <br /> I couldn't be happier with the service and will certainly call them again if I need such services again. <br /> <br /> <br />

I received a return call quickly and Warren showed up that afternoon and had the work done in about an hour.  He also returend the next day when I needed more duplicate keys. <br />
