Excellent. He showed up on time, Worked quickly and efficiently and cleanly. I didn't have much clean up to do. He was very professional in his work and in his demeanor. He was a little slow to respond. I had to call twice (1 wk between calls) to get a response, but when he called back we were able to schedule within a few days. Would absolutely hire call him again.

Brian came across as very professional and was able to say whether he could or could not do a specific job. He removed our old hot water heater and dishwasher and installed the new ones very quickly and professionally, leaving behind zero mess. (a huge plus for anyone who has dealt with contractors!) During the installation of the water heater, a cheap, existing tap valve supplying the water to our upstairs fridge malfunctioned and Brian returned the next day with a new tap valve in hand. It has now been several weeks, and there are no leaks nor problems with either the dishwasher nor the hot water heater! Two huge home improvements done in one afternoon. Overall, we were very satisfied with the work and are always happy to support the small business owner! <br> <br>

<p>I took 9 days, and he had to work until 7:30 Friday to finish. I am not at all happy with the work. I showed him the bathroom that was done 9 years ago and wanted the same done in this small one. I had shades of tan of Arizona Tile and he put a dark grey grout in, completely changes the look of the tile and bathroom, makes it much darker. Did NOT finish the tile floor, left a gap between the bedroom carpet and tile. Had to put 5 coats of paint on the vanity because he did not use KILZ first, and used the wrong color. I told him which colors to use where and he did the opposite. I am completely upset with the way this turn out and now have to spend more money to get someone to fix it. Came back to take wrong grout out and put correct color of grout in, took almost a week to get rid of old grout.</p> <p>I have to update this review because of the way he left the grout in my brand new shower. There is DRIED grout all over the tile the ceiling is so bad we can't get it all of. My daughter had worked for almost a week trying to get this off to no avail. As far as I am concerned this is NOT very professional, to not complete the job. I really didn't know the grout was that bad as I am using a walker and could not get completely into the shower, but my daughter did see all this mess</p> <p>As far as I am concerned we will never hire this person again and would NEVER recommend him to anyone.<br /> <br /></p>

Contacted Michael on Saturday and briefly explained what was going on. He came by the next day and had the part with him. He said from what I told him over the phone, he immediately knew what the problem was. Within 15 minutes, the repair was completed. I've used Michael before for plumbing and electrical services. He does an excellent job! <br />

I will absolutely call these guys again! I called on Monday for an appointment on Wednesday before Thanksgiving and they had no problems scheduling me in. Brian was on time and did very quality work at a fair price and was professional and nice to deal with. Hiw wife, who handles the phones, was also pleasant and nice to deal with. <br /> I absolutely recommend this company and will be using them again in the future. <br />

The owner of Integrity Maintenance & Repair, Brian Finlayson, showed up on time. He was incredibly professional and friendly. He removed the old dishwasher, plus a deceased mouse and rabbit from underneath it! He used my cannister vacuum to remove the "stuff"and gunk on the floor underneath before installing the new dishwasher. He was one of the nicest, most courteous repair professionals I've ever had in my home. I'd definitely recommend him. A++ <br />

It went beautifully. Mike arrived when he said he would be here, ready to begin work. He works quickly yet carefully to maximize what he can complete while he's here. My house is very old and nothing is ever easy. The wiring is old, but Mike can make it work. He is always so polite and patient, even in tough situations. He came within 3 days of my call and worked me into his busy schedule when I told him I had company coming. He's great and always so thorough and professional I've recommended him to all my friends. Mike is my go to person for any plumbing or electrical needs. If he can't do the job, he will tell you and usually has a recommendation for someone who can. <br />

Michael did an excellent job. He helped me select the best model toilet to buy and then removed the old toilet and installed the new toilet very effortlessly. This is the second time I have used Maintenance 101 and I have been pleased both times. Highly recommend Maintenance 101. <br />

I was draining my sprinkler system in anticipation of freezing temperatures and wanted to water one more time. However I thought that something was wrong with my backflow . Since it was a Sunday, I was glad to know that I could call my 'Go To Handyman' anyway to make an appointment. When I called, he answered and said that he could come over within the hour and check out the sprinkler system. He came and it took him only 10 minutes to check out the backflow, start the system and declare that all was well. The charge? Nothing. He was glad to help and it was very much appreciated.

I called Michael to let him know that I was replacing my kitchen floor and would like for him to come and disconnect the water line to my refrigerator and then connect it again after the kitchen floor had been installed. Although this is obviously not a difficult job, I preferred having it done by a professional and the floor installers would not do it. Without hesitation Michael agreed to do this for me. As always, Michael was punctual and courteous. The work was done quickly and he only charged a nominal fee. Thanks, Michael! <br />

Michael and Jeff did an excellent job and exceeded my expectations. Michael came couple of weeks earlier to do an estimate and reviewed the job I needed to have done. He gave me a fair price, explaining the costs for labor and also the parts he needed to get and their cost. He also informed me of possible minor drywall damage that may occur during the installation. He went over my part in helping to prep the place so we would encounter as little as possible in dust and he also explained his part in trying as much as possible to not make a mess. He called me a couple of days before the final appointment to confirm. <br /> He was very punctual, always respectful and explaining along the way. He never got tired in answering my questions. As we encountered an unexpected hurdle with the last room, he not only solved it in a professional manner but the outcome actually proved more positive in my favor. I did not have any dry wall damage at all and therefore did not have any added cost as Michael had expected in the beginning.They cleaned up after themselves, brought his own vacuum cleaner, made sure that all ceiling fans worked and left me with a job well done. <br /> I highly recommend Michael and also Jeff, his helper. They worked together like a well oiled machine, one could tell they both trusted each other's work, experience and knowledge. Should I encounter another need for electrical work, I will not hesitate to call on Michael of Maintenance 101 L.L.C. Thank you Michael for a job well done. I've used Michael before so I didn't hesitate to contact him again. He immediately diagnosed the problem with the existing outside light and determined that it was faulty. He promptly installed the new light. He is definitely the contractor that I contact for all plumbing and electrical services.

Michael came just two days after my initial call, and showed up on time for a convenient Saturday appointment. He installed two new switches and two GFCI outlets, he also removed an old cable lock for which I no longer had the key, and he also adjusted my garage door such that the latch would close and added a door seal to close the gap on my front door. I purchased all the materials up front, the $60 was for the total labor which is very reasonable for the amount of time spent. This is the fourth time I have used Michael and would recommend him to anyone. <br />

We had used Michael before for a previous job and he was great. Very thorough in making sure I have purchased or he has available all that he will need ahead of time before he comes to do the job. <br /> I called him on a Sunday after my kitchen faucet handle broke in my hand. I had expected not to hear back from him until Monday, but he called me back a couple hours later on that Sunday. <br /> Scheduled to have him come on Wednesday due to his busy schedule, which worked out for me since I had to look at reviews, decide on and buy a new faucet. He called me on the way to my home to let me know he was on the way. Installed faucet and matching soap dispenser and cleaned up the work area. Very pleasant as before. <br />

It went well. Michael was a little apprehensive at first because Moen had changed the valve body, but when asked if he was uncomfortable with doing the job, he said he would figure it out. He did. Because it took a little longer than expected, I installed the shower head and new drain kit. All in all, Michael is a really nice person and did a good job. I would use Michael's services again. <br />
