Horrible!! Call anyone else but Integrity!!! We recently moved from Florida out of state and hired Integrity to loan our moving truck/trailer. We used them before and had a good experience. We spoke to Rob Gore via text numerous times scheduling our move. Part of our discussion was that I would provide blankets (more than enough) and rope to protect and secure our belongings. I already moved out of state and my wife was there for the packing. THEY DID NOT USE ANY BLANKETS OR ROPE in loading our belongings. They literally jammed and packed things, including boxes marked FRAGILE on top of each other causing damage, some major unfixable to at least 95% of our furniture and breaking things like glass from picture frames. The blankets and rope were readily available for them to use and they simply did not care about what happened to our belongings. It seems to be that since we moved out of state, they figured they would never hear from us again. The movers that unloaded our trailer could not believe how poor of job Integrity did loading. Don’t believe the five core values they list on their website, especially: TENACITY - We understand that every move doesn't go smoothly. We work tirelessly to make sure that the job is being completed to the highest standards. We don't assume anything, we communicate and find out exactly what YOU want; then we get it done. THIS ONE COULD NOT BE FARTHER FROM REALITY. I tried to talk with Rob about making an insurance claim and he hung up and would never take my call again. They claim to be licensed and insured, but I was never able to make a claim, so I have my doubts on the insured part. Again, call anyone else, Integrity Moves simply do not care and do not back up their work!

"Hello sir! We have not heard from you since our last email to you in June regarding how to move forward except for negative comments on a few sites. We are not here to argue how you feel or to strike back! Here are a only 2 facts that make a huge difference: 1. We used every blanket you supplied as we dont not use our blankets on one-way trips. We discussed this and you representative only supplied sheets and a few comforter you guys didnt pack. When asked blankets, she stated she had given us all she had. About 7 articles, total for a 3600sq ft home worth of items. We even came up with the idea of breaking down boxes to use for protection because we were determined protect what we could with whatever was at our disposal! 2. This semi trailer was packed so tightly from roof to floor until the ABF driver had leave the trailer's ladder here in Florida because the door would not shut. You were not even at the job site to give us the supplies we requested, your rep made decisions, and it truly disappointing but we are not liable for the whole move when all we did was load per your request. Had we performed the entire job than I would have undoubtedly filed a claim. This is the 3rd time you have used us so it is difficult to be in situation. I wish things would have turned out different. We will continue to give 100 percent on every job as is our foundation to provide the best moving experience that anyone has ever had! <p>They had two people for $50 an hour and three people for $95 an hour, I think. I liked them. They attempted to be really good with our furniture and belongings. They were very polite. Some people that do blue collar work can be rather crude at times so we try to avoid that stuff. But they were very proper, nice and considerate. </p>

I found them here on Angie's List and I called Rob at around 11AM this morning while at the retailer. I told him what I needed to have done. He was actually in the middle of another move about 50 miles away, but he gave me a price and told me that he'd fit me in today and that he'd call me when he was on his way. He called as promised and met me at the retailer about 45 mins later. They were courteous, professional, and extremely careful not to damage anything. They did a great job at a fare price. I will definitely save them to my favorites.

The move went great. They were professional. Move the items to the rooms where we asked them to. Pointed out problems with the furniture (tears, scuffs, broken, chips and spalls, etc.) before they moved the item up the stairs. They were quick and constantly moving. They were on time too. <br />

The communication with Rob was very good and the movers arrived on time. However, we had some complicated items to pack and the workers did not respect our request for how to load the truck, they did not wrap all items as requested, they placed fragile items next to hard metal ones, with no securing to prevent rubbing during transport. Repeated requests for them to do the work more carefully resulting in a "whatever" attitude. We have yet to unload the truck, but are very worried that there will be significant damage to many of our belongings. Given the high reviews, we expected more professionalism and skilled packing from the movers, but they seemed determined to just toss things into the truck. <br />

After living in our new home for several weeks, we realized some of the larger pieces of furniture might fit better in other places. They were much too big and heavy for us to move so I went looking on Angie's List for a local mover who could/would do a small job like this. Integrity's listing particularly mentioned "rearrange furniture" so I called. <br /> Rob, the owner got right back to me by phone and was able to fit us in in just a few days. He and a young assistant arrived on time and were very professional and patient. They rearranged our entire dining room and then put it back the way it had been before when we didn't like the new layout...and they never sighed or rolled their eyes one time. :-) <br /> It was the moving of our large wall unit in the living room that really impressed us. It's composed of several different sections and when they were placed against the wall in a straight line on our tile floor, they didn't line up properly. Rob worked on getting them alligned for nearly a half hour and wouldn't quit until they were all even. <br /> The only issue I have is that after paying the bill, I discovered that Integrity has a special deal for Angie's List customers of $110 for two hours of labor. Rob was here less than two hours however we were charged $150. Considering the attitude and attention that was shown to getting the job right, I consider that price fair, but I do think I should have been made aware that there was an offer for $40 less. <br /> Overall a very positive experience with Integrity and I would not hesitate to recommend them or use them again. <br />

<p>Okay, here' the scoop. These guys were WONDERFUL! This antique bow front china cabinet was very old and very valuable, and we undertook this with fingers crossed. They arrived on time, neatly dressed, and their best feet forward. They treated our china cabinet like it was their own precious babies. They placed it on it's back on saw horses that we had ready, making sure that the cabinet was properly balanced. Then, with no additional charge, they moved two other heavy pieces that we have here in the house. It only took 5 or 10 minutes, but it was the willingness they showed to go the extra mile that impressed us. Our antique shop in Plant City is putting them on the list of the shop's preferred vendors. I know that they are at the TOP of our list! </p> <p>Please make sure that the guys know how pleased we are and that we will be calling them in the future and referring all our friends and neighbors.</p> <br />

We hired another company through an online service connected with moving van rentals (not through Angieslist). They never contacted us to confirm and we were unable to reach them despite various repeated attempts. We ended up on moving day without any labor. I needed to find same day service and find it fast. <br /> When I reached Rob (owner of Integrity) he was honest up front about having an early morning job and offered to do our job after they finished. We discussed payment (very reasonable) and agreed on a time. We then proceeded to pick up the rental truck and pads. <br /> Rob called about an hour before our job was to begin with an update. Their first job had stairs at the delivery end they did not know about. This meant the job would take longer than expected. He apologized for the delay and assured me he would not leave us hanging. Rob called again when they'd finished to let me know they were on the way. This was very helpful. We were able to advise others involved in the move as well. <br /> Rob & Tony met us at our home with identification. They determined tools and equipment needed for the job. We then set off to pick up the furniture. On arrival they thoroughly checked everything out and clearly identified what was to be moved before beginning. They disassembled several pieces and gathered all the hardware. They took great care not to bump walls or harm the furniture. Everything was safely loaded, well padded for protection, and secured within the truck in a short time. <br /> Upon delivery to our home everything was unloaded, reassembled, and put in place. Carpet sliders were left under large pieces so we could easily deal with electric cords, etc. They even made sure all the "pieces" were properly placed and nothing was missing. Again- great care was taken to protect the furniture and the walls. Again - the work was thorough, quick and complete. They took great care to do the job right. <br /> The job took about 3 1/2 hours. They moved a large dresser, mirror, 2 nightstands, bookcase, office desk with return and 2 hutches. All heavy pieces. The bulk of the time was the driving involved. The work itself went fast. <br /> Rob & Tony are professional from start to finish. We really appreciated the updates and clear communication, They were both a pleasure to spend time with during the drive there and back. They provide more than just labor services. We would not hesitate to use them for a larger move. We highly recommend Integrity Moves Moving without reservation. <br />

Very very well. These guys are professional, punctional, and made sure that the process went smoothly. As moving can be a stressful event no matter how large or small the job I highly recommend using Integrity Moves to lessen the anxiety.
