Integrity Remodeling was very honest and up front on all aspects of the project and they are very professional. All work was completed on time. They are a pleasure to deal with and I will certainly use them on our next home project.

Integrity management and subcontractors were extremely professional and executed all aspects of the project with attention to detail and quality of work. They took a small 70s era kitchen and made it beautiful and more efficient. They handled any issues that arose and were timely in completing each job. Don built lovely cabinets to my specs and BJ did excellent work with installs and getting the walls in shape. The contractors from Seven Seas Stone installed a gorgeous countertop. Mike and Heather were very responsive as they managed the overall work. The pricing was reasonable and Mike even gave us a sink for free. I recommend them highly for any renovation. —Lauryn Poynor

Started project on time. We (owners) made some (big) changes along the way, so it was a longer project than originally planned; however, Integrity was always prompt, and finished each phase as promised. This was very helpful and appreciated. We had just purchased the home and had not moved in while this project was being done, but even so, the crew was tidy and the project kept orderly. We were kept in the loop regularly, and anything unexexpected that happened to pop up, as usually does during construction as we all know, was fixed or a solution was found. We had not used Integrity before this project, so we were understandably anxious about the quality of work--no worries there, after all. We considered grading a 'B' for pricing for this review process. This was because Integrity's bids on items were not always the lowest. We probably could have had the projects done for a little bit less, but given that Mr. Matthews' personal advice on certain items and ideas saved us money in the long run, Integrity gets an A for this project. Yet he assured us all along he would execute the projects any way that we were happy with, that was their goal. That is in addition to being prompt and keeping the project on schedule. If anyone has ever endured a construction project that takes an inordinate amount of time and irritating delay after delay on the contractor's behalf, you will understand that timeliness is sometimes worth more than its weight in gold.

Work was done but priced very high. Work is good just the price is higher than other similar services

It went very well. Mr Matthews and his crew did a great job. The screened in porch looks great. They started right away, and stayed on it until everything was finished, despite almost constant rain. They even came back to do some touch up work after the final payment was made.

The guys from Integrity did a great job fixing all the damage to our house from the fire next door. Showed up on time and cleaned up every day after work. Would not hesitate to hire them again. Thanks Mike for the great work.

It was wonderful! Mike is super and all the team. They were professional, easy to work with. Always on time. Very agreeable to any changes I made along the way. When something didn't work right, I called and they came right out to fix it the way I wanted it to be. And the workmanship was beyond expectations. I needed some new cabinets made, and the new ones match the existing oak cabinets perfectly. You cannot tell the difference. They put in new appliaances, relocated the fridge and stove. Built a new island, complete with pull out drawers for pots, pans and a hidden trashcan. New floor. Installed pull-out shelves in the pantry. The granite counter top came out perfect! My new kitchen was so beautiful, I didn't want to cook in it and mess it up! But I have and I love it! I cannot say enough about Integrity Remodeling and I recommend them to everyone.

The time was right and Integrity did a great job from start to finish. Mike and his crew were there when they said they would be, were working non-stop it seemed, and kept us well informed about what was happening and any choices we needed to make along the way. We plan on using them again for future projects and have recommended them to friends.

Mike Matthews and his company delivered in every way. They made a horrible experience (termites) livable. The work was exceptional. We trust Mike and you can too.

The contractor is very professional and checks on his subcontractors to insure the job is done well and to the satisfaction of the customer. He returns phone calls promptly and is easy to work with. <br />

Mike and his crew were all very professional and courteous to me and my family.  All work was done in a timely manner, slight delay with the doors but that was due to vendor issues nothing that Mike and his crew did.  Very pleased with the end result! <br />

Mike and his employees are very professional, punctual, and their work is excellent.  I will definitely use them again.

Phase one demolition and construction was completed on time, and just slightly over budget due to our additional work requests or changes to architect plans. The garage and living space approximately 625 sq ft, then became our home during a majority of phase two. Phase two demolition and remodeling was completed in about 10 months, and over budget due to whole house termite infestation which destroyed 60% of the homes framing and foundation. We did have a termite bond from a great company, that paid for the overages due to the termite damages. The contractor provided daily briefings for us regarding progress and expected work items. His crews were always courteous and respectful. They maintained a clean work area, and took special precautions removing the old siding which may have contained lead paint, creating hazmat area and clean up station. Contractor is licensed for lead removal, always an issue with older or historic homes. Contractor was flexible and accommodating when we made work order changes, or asked for changes to existing work. Very pleased with our old new home. Completed in phase two, kitchen upgrade, master suite and bathroom, laundry room, sunroom and bathroom upgrade. Increased over all square footage by 500 sq ft <br />

<p>Haven't decided that it was time to bring new life into a family home that had been a bit neglected I found myself in need of a contractor.  The house itself is structural sound and with some work could really be something to enjoy.  I reached out in the past and have found that now a days most want to simple get in and get out without much regard for the finished project.  I say this as a result of having tried several to do smaller portions of the work needed only to be disappointed with the finish job. One main high-up I have with any job is that the joints should be cut with enough precision to come together smoothly with minimal chalking needed.  Some in the past would get close I suppose but when I would call out areas I just couldn't live with I would be told things like "Well you know - it?s not a piano"!! To me that is just unacceptable when money is being exchanged for services rendered by what are expected to be professionals - heck if I wanted what I could do, I would just do it myself :).  With all that said I finally came across a job being completed by Integrity Remodeling & Construction owned/operated by Mr. Mike Matthews close to my house.  I watched as this major remodel progressed up to and including the end of the job and was very pleased with what I saw occurring.  As a result I called Mr. Matthews and scheduled an appointment to discuss my overall thoughts on what I wanted to complete at my house. Mr. Matthews was prompt to the scheduled meeting and patiently walked thru and around my entire home listening to my visions on grandeur of what I wanted to do.  After having completed this daunting task of what must have seen like I should just bulldoze the house and build new Mr. Matthews simple suggested let?s get started on the outside and ensure we seal it up then move inside.  We decided to paint the outside first replacing/repairing any wood that was needed.  Now this was not just a simple paint job as it hadn't been painted in many many years and required quite a bit of extra prep work just to begin.  It was advised that the job should take approximately 8 - 10 days to complete and a scheduled start date was established. Without fail Mr. Matthews and his team arrived as expected - Work began and was moving along well each day.  I was very pleased as I watched the progress and renewed beauty coming together.  As luck would have it at a certain point within the prep process an infestation of termites was located.  The damage was extensive and ran thru many of the support headers holding up a large carport area and connected patio space.  This in spite of having a termite bond with annual inspections/treatment however did not provide coverage for Formosa Termites - but that's another story for another day... Mr. Matthews and his team did not miss a beat and immediately began to uncover and expose the damaged areas along with building/providing temporary support for the roof areas effect. Mr. Matthews was very supportive and cooperative during this time as he would be needed to work with the pest control company to properly address the issues.  Obviously the job expanded as did the timeline for completion.  Mr. Matthews continuously advised that his team would be there until it was finished regardless of his work load and other commitments he had - as it turned out the job ended up being almost 8 weeks long. I watched as all of the bad headers were removed and replaced paying special attention to the craftsmanship and was pleased with the attention to detail to do the job right and not cut corners in spite of the delay.   As the job came to a close I was very pleased with the final product and Mr. Matthews?s insistence that I call out anything I thought was not up to standards of which were possible only 3 things that he address right away. The only call out I would/could provide is, and only say this so that you may know going in, that the original quote was a bit on the higher end however I knew that the work required more attention than normal as a result of the years not maintained and felt comfortable that the quality of the craftsmanship would be at a professional level one would expect from a true PROFESSIONAL.  Needless to say the unexpected increase in cost as a result of termite damage will delay  the next step in this make-over however once that time arrives I will be calling Mr. Matthews and his team once again as I know I can depend on them to do whatever it takes to get the job done right!! </p> <br />
