Integrity Restoration technicians provide 24 hour emergency damage services for flood, fire and mold damage restoration. Integrity Restoration services include temporary repairs and emergency mitigation. Once the full scope of damage is assessed, we begin with permanent repairs including water extraction and drying, pack out of room contents, structural repairs, thorough cleaning and inspection. Each loss is different, but the construction process in mitigating damage, restoring property, and managing the recovery process remains consistent, dependable, and reliable.

We had a plumbing issue that resulted in damage to bathroom flooring, drywall, hall and adjoining bedrooms carpeting, etc. It was an extremely stressful situation, but from the very first call, Integrity handled the issue professionally, promptly and BEYOND our expectations. Glen came out quickly to assess the situation and even though this happened on Friday, Carlos was here Saturday pulling out damaged carpet and flooring. We had fans set up to dry out the affected areas and all the materials removed were bagged up and taken to be safely disposed of. I was extremely pleased with the responsiveness of every call, and question and happy with the team that came to do the mold remediation and repair work. Dana and her team are TOP notch and I cannot say enough good things about how she manages the work that needs to be done. Amy was our Project Manager and she was on top of every detail and made sure that every item, even down to the small things was handled! This project consisted of remediation, removal and repair, and the repair team was TOP notch too! Amy and Dana clearly communicated timelines, details and every follow-up question I had was handled promptly and professionally. Heather and Charlena in the office were always helpful on the paperwork end of things! If this review allows me to post photos, I am going to share those as well! I give Integrity 10/10 and would happily do business with them again - hopefully under more well-planned circumstances!! But they took a disaster and turned it into a dream!

Discovered bedroom carpet next to shower was wet Monday before Christmas. The owner, Glen Stolting, came out and verified there was no current water flowing and it wasn't the pipes. He suspected the shower pan. Hydroscout Leak Detection came on Wednesday morning and determined the shower pan was bad. Integrity Restoration employees set up dehumidifiers, etc. Wednesday afternoon and ran the drying out process through the Monday after Christmas. Zack and Carlos and their teams were courteous and professional and there was absolutely no dampness left when they completed the job.

Brandon and one of his project managers came the same day as the plumber who repaired an exterior wall faucet leak that penetrated into the living and dining room. Brandon’s crew set up a plastic tent over the water damaged area, brought in five air handlers to circulate air and dried out the space.They worked with me and my insurance company to make sure the scope of work was determined fairly. The work was scheduled and they stayed on track. A couple of things I appreciated was they were always prompt and called ahead to let me know they were on the way. They also cleaned up after themselves everyday. When the job was just about finished any little touch up item needing attention they jumped on and took care of. Quality work and professional tradesmen. The guy in the background making it all happen was Brandon.

They cannot be trusted. They refused to provide an itemized bill, charged me more than was agreed upon, and file a lien on my home. I personally had to finish some of the work and re-do another part.

"This is an Insurance Claim. Our fiduciary responsibility lies with the Carrier not the Insured. Mr. [Member Name Removed] is the Insured; his only responsibility is the payment of the deductible, which is a Florida Statutory requirement. Because Mr. [Member Name Removed] did not want to pay his deductible, we had to file a Lien against his home. Unfortunately, that is the only recourse Florida Law provides us to collect. Spreading falsehoods about us does not change the fact that Mr. [Member Name Removed] is simply trying to avoid paying his bill."

They did repair the broken waterline/pipe in the single bathroom, they used heavy equipment to mitigate standing water in the wall drying it out (for 2 days). They were to comeback pickup their equipment and complete the installation of the remaining 2 other faucets that they were supposed to install in the master bedroom bathroom. They left and never returned to complete the job. The worker who is also part owner of the company (Matthew Davisson) was the sole party doing the job. He is not answering my calls. He is not returning my messages. I made the mistake of paying the job in full when in fact it was not complete believing he would return as he had promised. I have contacted his company staff, which he has told them that he did everything he was supposed to do. I have been trying to get a hold of the other owner which is Matthew Davisson's step father, Glen stolting. But he is never in his office. The voice mail boxes are always full.

"Thank you for taking the time to write this review. We provided you with the services you paid for. You requested additional work to be done, but did not want to pay for it. I don't believe it is fair for you to give us a bad review because you expect us to work for nothing. The breakdown is as follows: $330.36 for plumbing work - which is a very reasonable charge for the work we did. The mitigation portion of our services amounted to $337.37, which is an amazing price considering mitigation can run in the thousands. You are being disingenuous and we will not do work for you anymore."

I broke a water line and this flooded a bathroom, bedroom, hallway, and a part of my kitchen. The water restoration began the same day of the water leak. Total time for water restoration was about 6 days. Mold testing and restoration was the next step. This took about 14 days, including the restoration of the mold. Main time delay was sending the test to Texas for analysis. Final step was the reconstruction. This did not begin until about 40 days after the mold restoration was completed. I do not hold Integrity Restoration responsible for this long delay. This was an insurance claim, thus by the time all parties reached an agreement it simply took time. Accolades for Max at Integrity for taking care of all the insurance on my behalf. Glen, the owner told me on the day we met they would take care of everything and they did! He also made sure I knew this process would take 3-4 months because insurance companies can work slowly. In my case this was true. Overall I am very happy with the service I was provided. The staff at Integrity were very quick to answer my questions and clarify my concerns.

Integrity was awesome. It was a 1 stop shop to mitigate the water damage and to coordinate the build back portion of the job. During the build back, Charles was very helpful in explaining the process, coordinating the job, and executing on exactly what I wanted for the house. He was very responsive and helpful on the job and everything turned out great.

After my initial review, the owner himself called me. He was very surprised and concerned that the job was going as poorly as I had stated - he had no idea, and our file did not accurately depict what was happening at the house. The owner was professional and apologetic. He immediately sent over one of his top rated employees to review the work already completed and look at what still needed to be done. They were efficient and respectful letting us know the other workers would NO LONGER be working with Integrity Restoration. Their assessment was they would re-do over 50% of the newly laid wood floor to make it right (at no cost to us) and finish the walls with another contractor. It was AMAZING! We were flabbergasted and so happy!! Within 10 days the entire job was done (which before we were nearing 6 months without completion). The management, owner, and new contractors made sure we were happy each step of the way. And they were VERY skilled at what they were doing. A+ to Integrity Restoration for making this right!!

Matt was at our home 2 hours after we discovered that our hot water heater had leaked all under our flooring a good part of our house. We started the drying out process that day and continued until dry. Matt is responsive, polite and a pleasure to deal with in a very trying time. We have signed up to have Integrity Restoration do our rebuild and know it will be handled as professionally as the Water Damage Restoration was. Highly recommend! Do not hesitate to call this wonderful company.

They were so great and quick to respond to our water damage in the beginning of September. I was so excited to have a ONE STOP SHOP to get everything done. They worked with our insurance company and got ALL the money they requested. I was impressed. Then they proceeded to cut corners and not deliver on promised services. We are STILL waiting on what they assured us would be done by Halloween - it is now nearly February. In the process they ruined our couch and rug by placing them outside on the patio in the rain (when our contract stated they would be storing our things in a rented pod) and ruined our wallpaper in the dining room by using duct tape and a staple gun to hang plastic instead of painters tape. The handyman used to lay our wood flooring did not know how to lay it correctly. We are hiring another flooring company to complete our stairs and on inspection they saw the deficiencies straight away. Our floors are also not level now and furniture rocks. We asked several times for some kind of assistance from Integrity Restoration and voiced our expectations and dissatisfaction to multiple people with little to no response. Still waiting for our dining room to be repaired (from them ruining our wallpaper) and the floor trim work to be completed. NOT RECOMMENDED.

It did not go well at all. The mold remediation took a few tries.The demolition crew seemed very unprofessional as far as personal interactions with us.Such as singing loudly while my terminally ill husband tried to watch TV above all the roar.Then the work it's self.Well I was told I was getting their best crew.It turned out I got one man.He came for another country.Nothing against that.Just I could not communicate with him.I sensed things were not right and called the supervisor to tell him so.Long story short the end result was a big mess.So much so that my insurance company paid to have the entire thing redone.The adjuster came to examine the job.and agreed it was not savigable .Tile were very uneven ,and broke when walked upon{ not enough grout] wall in shower bowed out,water in drain would not go down,drain higher than pan.the trim work was all uneven and even missing tile,a cracked tile in shower wall.The whole job uneven if a floor tile did not meet a wall he just filled it in with grout .The moulding around the floor was tucked under the tile in some places and above the tiles in others.So even the moulding was messed up.Then they put tape over the vent and around the edge of bathroom wall.It was left up to long and took off part of the ceiling.He painted over the dry wall tape without smoothing it over and painted over gouges he created in walls.Even my hose sprayer was not spared,it was left encased in something that looks like cement.I had the owner come out to look at this job.

While probably necessary in every case, the drying fans were extremely loud. Fortunately, this only lasted a few days and the company removed the exceptionally noisy fans as soon as possible. The mold remediation work was done capably and efficiently, although, the first attempt at removal failed. They did return fairly quickly to finish the job. My only complaint is that the walls and the molding which were removed were never replaced.

Horrible , they did the opposite , didn't dry out my floor and then weren't willing to fix there own mistakes. Paid over 10k for floors that I still don't have, the worst company on the planet !

The owner, Glenn is a liar! He will get you to sign a bunch of papers and look you in the eye and and make promises he has no intention of keeping. We discovered a slow water leak in a back closet that resulted in mold. Of course we were emotional and wanted to take care of this immediately. This company takes advantage of these situations. Read the other reviews. Stay away from this company! The owner will promise you that he will handle any problems personally. That's a lie! He won't return any calls ! There is no integrity whatsoever in Integrity Restoration.

They made the most horrible thing I have ever been through a bearable experience. I never thought that anyone could ever get the sickening smell out of my home but they did. Sewage backed up through every drain and toilet and shower in my house. To see and most of all to smell it now you would never believe what had happened. Thank goodness for this company and their caring employees.
