C & C Fencing

Beware, beware , and beware of Ballard Cox and Keith Sharp who are currently working under the C and C fence company. First of all they were incapable of reading the property line and placed the fence incorrectly. Luckily, I was able to read the survey and after I showed them where the fence should have been placed they fixed it since they have not got paid yet. Once the job is finished forget that you will have a warranty. Even though Ballard said we have 1 year warranty on labor and 2 years on material. A couple of days later when the fence and poles settled in the ground the poles were clearly not straight which was easily seen with naked eyes and definitely with a water leveler. In addition, they placed a double gate but did not finish the piece that should have anchored it in the ground and with any wind the gate was wide open. First, when this happened I was horrified since we have two dogs but luckily they didnâ t escape. All this happened in the beginning of June this year. Since then we asked them numerous times to please fix the poles and the gate closer but the only thing we got was "we will" but never actually showed up to do so. This job cost us close to 3000$ for about an 85 feet fence, one regular gate, and one double gate. We paid cash since they preferred it so they do not have to pay taxes. I know there is not much I can do but hope I can help someone else with this review.

Promised to come back and fix gate install issue(gate warped installation) and repeatedly ignored text messages after stating would return to fix the issue.

Chuck and Keith were initially easy to deal with. However, as problems occurred during the install, they became hostile. I even had to do some of the work myself to get it finished. After advised that the gate latch was not working and promising to show up, they never came or called. Buyer beware.

They were willing to help when other fencing companies were not interested because the job was small.

Warning! Absolute SCAM Took a 50% down payment, showed up for half-a-day, wrecked my property. and never came back. Also damaged my neighboring property as well. I have called and texted them over 40 times in the last 2 months. Paid them to replace a wooden fence. They tore my existing fence down, dug up the yard, cemented in 8 posts (none of which were in the correct spot and had to be torn out and replaced by a competent fence company). AVOID.

C&C Fence Co was great. I called for a fencing company after our old fence began to collapse on a Thursday. They immediately replied, and we made an appointment for an inspection / estimate on that Sunday. They arrived on time and got to work measuring immediately. They gave us a quote and said that they could get the job done on Wed. Their price was fair and they showed up on time on Wed. They finished the job that afternoon. They used quality materials, and the new fence is sturdy. They found where carpenter ants had damaged the old fence and recommended a solution to that problem. We are very happy with the job. Chuck and Keith were very nice people to deal with.

Absolute amazing work. I would highly recommend to everyone!

Chuck and Keith did a great job. They showed up when they said they would and transended a difficult fencing job with quality work. This is my first POSISTIVE review for a contractor. Highly recommended!

I went threw several contractors, cross checking price and reviews. I had very specific needs for the fence build, neatly all others started with "no problem" but when the reality of my request was apparent the others just couldnt measure up. C&C was the only company that went the extra mile to locate the materials needed to replace a custom built fence. At each point they communucated the order status, and any price changes. The Final product looks great, and the price was very reasonable. I highly recomend them and will certainly use them again.

Had our fence repaired. Lots of customizable pieces made. Very good quality! Very satisfied. Highly recommend!

They were quick, professional, and kept their word on everything they promised plus more. I would definitely use them again
