"Nearly two years ago in January of 2022, we attempted to open a second branch to service the Charlotte Metro area. The attempt failed at a tremendous loss. After two months there was no more second branch. This job was part of the attempt to service the Charlotte Metro area. There were two parts to this job the painting first and then the countertops. We came in and did the painting walked the job with her to inspect everything and made sure everything was satisfactory, and it was. We scheduled to return in two weeks for the countertops. In this two weeks she had the flooring company come and install flooring. After this she accused me of leaving the baseboards not properly prepped with marks all over them and corners beat up. I told her I would look at it when we came back for the countertops. It was obvious when we returned that the flooring company was responsible for what she was trying to blame on me. I told her it was between her and the flooring company I would be happy to repaint the baseboards but I was going to charge my normal rate, and make a new contract and once it was signed and we had a deposit we could put her into the schedule. She said the flooring company would pay for it and she would have them call me. I believe she was just trying to get me to do this for free. I never heard anything from the flooring company. After two years, dozens of nasty phone calls, threats to sue, and general unhappy behavior, [Member Name Removed] is still trying to get something for nothing. If you look at my reviews besides this one you will find that they are 100% 5 star. I have done hundreds of jobs, thank you, Angi's. I truly enjoy making people happy with my work, I have only found one customer that I could not find any possible [Member Information Removed] for her to be happy. Hundreds of jobs completed. Besides [Member Name Removed] s review, 100 per cent 5 star reviews. I keep careful documentation of everything, as any good contractor should. It speaks for itself."
