I’ve had a very frustrating experience with Joe Richard and interior design and remodel. Both sets of motorized shades stopped working within a week of install and Joe hasn’t been out to fix them. Also, one of the shades suddenly fell from the skylight to the floor. Joe has been impossible to pin down to come fix the problem and it’s been well over a month. He has been a no-show on multiple occasions. Joe, please finish the job and fix these issues so I can edit this review and bump it up from an F.

It went very well. They finished a day before scheduled. Other companies took 1 or 2 weeks to give quote. They came same night with sketch. Once we gave deposit, they said it would take 1 week and they were done a day early. They were very clean, professional . Their customer service was great. I pulled a drawer off track and they came out and helped me put it back with a smile.
