Internet Windows Direct

His name is Rod. He is fine but the guy he has used for years, the contractor Les. I talked to Rod and somebody was supposed to come out but after 3 phone calls nobody got a hold of me so I just quit calling. Nothing major but I spent a lot of money. I was just a little disappointed because Rod was pretty good. It was minor like my door is sticking and I can't figure out what the problem is. And then I had some windows that were slipping down and Rod said Les would be getting a hold of me but he never did. I have an old house and they really messed up my window frames on a couple windows because they are all wood. If he had said you know these window frames are old and this may happen but he didn't. I was really surprised when I walked around and said hey my windows are messed up, he just looked at me like I was crazy. Not all of them, just a couple. I did shop around for windows at different places and the other places were outrageous. Rod told me they had a special going on so I got the next better grade up. Even if Les had called me back and said hey I'm not going to be coming back out. OK Now Rod called me back all the time and he suggested some things that I never thought of. Like shutters for the second floor. I liked his creative because he suggested different paint and things. Rod's professionalism was an A but Les I would give a C.

The first group went pretty well, only a minor issue or so which we then were prepared to avoid in the second installation. But, the second group was not the same experience and if we would have known this, we would have gone with another company who sold the same window. There were issues from being hounded to upgrade this group to having to contact the company as communication was poor once the order was placed to final payment questions and now a total blowing off the problem. There are product problems from a screen which was cut during installation which was promised to get a replacement in a few weeks to two window sections that have a coating issue which nothing has been done at all about resolving this. It is now 5 weeks and the last communication was a couple weeks ago that the screen was not in yet which we had to continuing try to get a response from the owner Rod McCullough just for this information. Rod needs to stand behind the products he sells and realize customers do not want to hear about his internal problems.

Great. Rod answered all my questions. Also gave me ideas for colors and shutters that I never thought of. Les and his crew very friendly and professional. I liked the fact that he and his crew always shut the door between each trip outside.. That may sound silly but I was nor feeling well and they did their best to keep as much cold air out as they could.

Internet Windows Direct did an amazing job helping with the design and installation all at a great price. Rod, Les and their crew made every aspect of this project easy for us and the finished project looks amazing. I can't recommend them more highly.

Overall, very satisfied. There was a bit of a delay between when the door arrived in town and when it was finally installed. In the end, the install was done, and done very well. Rod is a straight shooter and I feel he did what he could to make sure I was happy. Les, the installer, was a delight and did a great job.

Great service and speedy installation! I plan to contact Rod to install my living room and bedroom blinds in the near future. I have also referred Internet Windows Direct to my sister. Highly recommend!

I found the window that I wanted to purchase, paid 3/4 of what the window would cost. The company called me about a week and half later and told me the window was in and wanted to set up a time for drop off. I told him that he could drop it off in the next couple of days whenever he was in the area, and I haven't heard from him since. It's been about two months, I've tried calling and leaving voicemails and still have yet to hear back from him. Guess I'll continue to try to call him and hopefully get my window... If not I'll be looking to take further action. Very disappointed.

I contacted Thermal Industries since we had purchased their windows for another house and was very pleased with them.  They do not do direct sales and referred me to Internet Windows Direct.  Rod is the owner/sales person and he brought out samples and literature for us to review and worked up an estimate.  Since our civic association was in the midst of a changeover of the outside colors of the townhouses, we told Rod we had to wait to find out the new colors before we placed the order.  Once the windows were ordered, we were put in touch with the installers who are a father and son team (they were wonderful!) who got all of the windows installed in a day.  We are very happy with the windows as we were in our other home.  The only thing we would change is that Rod called us a little too often during the time we were waiting to find out about the new exterior colors.

I used this company for new Windows in the past...the installer told me about their interior decorating service....I got help with paint selection and wooden blinds and valances...half the price of blinds I got from a drapery company in another room of my house....the design consultant was very professional but not intimidating...very friendly.....great price and the installers were very neat....I would recommend them....very easy...low stress process...my Windows look beautiful.....price was worth help with paint color alone! <br />

The door looks good and the installation went smoothly. There was other problems. While the door was advertised as a "Premium" door the manufacturer offers no type of warranty. When I contacted the seller, he said there was a warranty, but when I asked him to send me a written copy of the warranty, I received no response. I admit i should have brought this issue up before I signed the contract and I would advise anyone doing business with this company to do so. I hope I don't have any problems with the door. <br />

Shortly after my purchase, I received a phone call from the owner.  He wanted to do a quick check of my sliding glass door problem.  Once we agreed on what I wanted, he had the installers come to the house to measure for the sliding glass door.  Was told that it would take about a month for the door to come in, but was pleasantly surprised that it arrived that month. <br /> The installers were friendly, professional, and knew what they were doing. My screen door wasn't in the box, but they put in a call and I also informed the owner and it was quickly addressed.  I, now, have a beautifully functioning sliding glass door and screen. <br /> I would definitely use Internet Windows Direct again, if needed. <br />

It went well. they were all very professional and efficient. the boss, Rod, came out on install day to make sure everything was going well. most important to me was they cleaned up all of their mess and work area. when the job required a little more work on the install there wasn't an additional fee. <br />

I met with Roddy...I believe the owner.....I was impressed how much he knew about all the different manufacturers. He didn't have to sell me on one in particular because he can get them all....they also used their own installers who were very neat.....I am going to use them for a new roof this fall.....honest company <br />

Internet windows direct did everything they said...gave me lowest bid on roof  out of all 3 bids....I  ask for bids on the sidewalk and drain so had them do this work as well...everything was completed on the date that they said....left no mess...my friend recommended them....I will also recommend  to family and friends as well...very satisfied.

Rod beat all other quotes by a significant amount - apparently purchasing factory direct and handling most of the sale, communication, contracting, scheduling, inspection, etc. And as such, will be scheduling further home improvements (the rear windows) in this summer.
