Dane Bell, our salesman and project coordinator, was outstanding to work with. He kept us informed every step of the way and made the entire process smooth and stress free. I highly recommend Austin Waugh. He inspected our roof after hurricane Milton. We were having trouble with the insurance company wanting to cover the damage. Austin was a pitbull and never let up until they gave us fair coverage. After that he walked us through the rest of the process making it a breeze.

Rajiv did a great job keeping us informed about entire process and aided with dealing with insurance co. Project smoothly and roof looks great!

Thankful my friend referred me to Austin Waugh to have him do a complementary Roof Health inspection report-on the roof that didn't have any solar panels covering, he found damage & helped me get it paid for and replaced in full by insurance, including the detach and reset in invoice from my solar system. We have a new roof, hoorah. Austin Waugh was fantastic. We had been struggling with our insurance company and have tried for months to get our roof installed. Had many quotes and promises from just about every roofing contractor that drove by the house. None of them could make this happen. Austin stopped by on a whim, told us he could make it happen, and came through with a beautiful roof. Took care of everything, from inspections, permits, and even help with financing.
