Hired In the Son Lawn Maintenance based on reviews and speaking with the owner Bryan. North side of house had dead grass/weeds and needed plants removed, sod laid, etc.. Bryan is a great guy and very easy to work with. Responds to texts and phone calls promptly. His crew is good and work hard. The work was done pretty quickly and came out good. Basically on time for initial appointment and the actual work. It was a lot of work and the price was somewhat over what we wanted to spend, but it turned out good. I would use again and recommend highly! Thanks Bryan!

Bryan (owner) called right away and arrived promptly for a free estimate. He was very professional, personable, thorough and listened patiently to my expectations. The monthly lawn service estimate was VERY reasonable. I hired him right away. The company I had used for 6 years before Bryan’s had become sloppy and my yard was in pretty bad shape, so for the first week’s service, I asked Bryan to bring my home’s landscape up to speed. Wow, Bryan’s team did an OUTSTANDING job cleaning up, trimming and making sure the landscape looked great again. They went above and beyond what I had hoped for. I wish I could give this company an even higher rating. They are the best lawn service company I’ve ever used. My yard looks beautiful again. Thank you Bryan. God bless you!

Bryan promptly provided me with a very competitive quote and was able to complete the job within 2 days of my acceptance. My yard looked so good my neighbors hired him. I would most certainly hire In the Son Maintenance again.

One call to Bryan and he was on it. He quoted a fair price (immediately went out to give me a free quote). We'd planned to do it in January but something came up and I called and asked if we could do it earlier. He went out within the next day or two, cleaned up and removed all that needed cleaning and removing, and he kept me abreast of the progress with calls and pictures throughout the day - he sounds like a fine young man who delivers on what he promises and works hard. Tenants and management company were impressed!! Thanks

We had a very good experience. The sod was put down just as we asked. The price was what we sort of thought it would be. Very reasonable. Bryan is very friendly and polite. Bryan did the work two days after we called and he was very punctual!! We would definitely have Bryan do our lawn again!

Everything looks great! They were on time and worked continuously while on site. They did everything that was asked and left the site in much better condition. I am very happy with the work done and will rehire them when the need arises. They were here today and I already have had two compliments on the work!

Started out fine. Then, as I understood we agreed on for job from our discussion, did not do complete job did not do all trimming as agreed to do. Did not do a good final clean up of loose leaf debris before leaving. He was in a hurry to finish next day as rain had shortened the previous day's work time. Main suggestion if plan to use this company - get an "exact, complete written" description of what is included in the job. If you don't expect to have less of the job you thought you would get and added charges when you ask him to complete the job you thought you agreed to. Best to avoid disagreement in the end.

"Customer did not stick to original job description. Was unclear on what they wanted . Kept changing job description as we moved along with the project, and making additions expecting price to stay the same. I clearly explained that adding work that we didn't originally discuss would make a difference in the cost , customer spoke with her husband, came back out and said ok to the price , then after we had already completed more than half of the additional work as discussed, customer changed mind again after we already did more than half the work. At the end , I ended up taking $250 off of the agreed price. Customer became angry and belligerent , did not want to reason and come to a solution. I collected payment and left. Sorry, but I can't run a business around people who want something for nothing. We work to hard to let someone try an take advantage."

Bryan is a very hard honest worker, and his men sometimes have a difficult time keeping up with him. The job went very well as usual (I have hired them before). I would recommend this company to anyone who wanted a dependable lawn & tree service. It was a long day, I tipped the workers.

Bryan and Gerald planted the flowers where I had wanted them and put down the weed block, put in the landscape border, and spread out the mulch. They cleaned up the empty bags of mulch and blew off the walk with a leaf blower. There was still some time left that we had paid for (2 men for 4 hours) and Bryan noticed the tree suckers on the branches on the oak tree in our front yard and offered to trim them as far as he could reach with his gas-powered tree trimmer. Bryan was able to reach quite a lot of the suckers and the tree looks much better. Gerald cleaned up the suckers and blew the walkway off again. Bryan and Gerald were great to work with and made sure that everything was the way we wanted it and that they had cleaned everything up when the work was done. If we ever get in a position where we need someone to do landscaping for us, we will definitely call Bryan first.

Bryan is very responsive to our needs for lawn work. His office keeps up with the height of our lawn and keeps it neatly mowed and trimmed. His staff is friendly and considerate and goes above and beyond to get the work completed. After setting up the monthly service we moved our 30 foot travel trailer into our yard. Bryan said no problem and it would not affect the service or price. His crew trims well underneath the unit to make sure it appears well maintained. We really appreciate their good work and timeliness. His services were so good that we recently contracted for weeding and feeding our lawn. We discussed it with him after rains began this past spring and noted that our lawn had more grass than originally thought. Bryan advised that a weed and feed would give us a nice lawn. This is a recent addition to our contract so we haven't seen great full results but we expect that this will be successful and defer sodding or seeding to get a better lawn. We trust Bryan's opinion on all matters of lawn care and landscaping. We intend on using his company for landscaping in the distance future. To notch company!!!!

Very professional. Came out to look at the job and quote at the same time with 1 hour of inquiring about services. 2 days later, the work was done beyond my expectation. Left my property cleaner than they found it. Owner also recommended ways to help reduce costs associated with maintenance. Most importantly, all of the workers were professional and respectful. 10 stars and I will be calling Bryan back for future work.
