Don and his crew were top notch. I would certainly hire this crew again in the future. Don answered every question and was able to start and finish the job in two days.

My experience with In Toto Home LLC and Don Al-Bayer was very disappointing. He collected 50% upfront and then demanded another 20% shortly after, while the work remained incomplete and poorly done. The remodeling was delayed, unfinished, and not done to proper construction standards. My driveway is already falling apart, and all wooden doors on the main floor had to be replaced due to damage and poor workmanship. When I raised concerns, instead of taking responsibility, I was met with abusive, rude, and hostile messages. Don responded with personal insults, false accusations, harassment, and even involved his wife in business matters. I would strongly caution anyone considering hiring this company. Poor workmanship, unfinished work, costly repairs, and extremely unprofessional behavior made this a very stressful experience.
