Tim, the owner was friendly and he helped us initially pick out the colors. He told us there were roughly ten jobs ahead of us on the listing, and we were ok with that. His crew was nice and helped make the experience good overall. The only side note being that there was some confusion on fascia color which we had picked out. Even so, the issue was corrected and the painting and stain on the posts looks great. <br />

My experience with Intouch Painting was not good. When they first started, the guy that owns the company is just one of the smooth talkers and he comes in and tells you how he's done all these houses and everybody loves his work. He really was actually good at helping me pick out the color and in the beginning he had a fellow that, as far as I can tell, must not have all his papers to being here legally. He had this other guy here and none of them spoke English so I couldn't speak to them and they didn't know anything about painting. They did a terrible job at the nick places, if you know anything about painting, they painted was like the roller didn't have enough paint on it because it just made dry streak. There are several areas and I ended up actually not coming back to see finishing the job. I didn't pay him the last of money. I felt like I wish I would have withheld more money. It was not the most great experience and when they painted the cabinet, they didn't take the shallows down. This guy didn't do half of what they said they would do and then they got paint on my brand new carpet. The whole experience was terrible. I just wouldn't use them again.

Brock and his crew did a fantastic job. Since we were doing an extensive remodel, we were on a tight timeframe; but Brock was able to fit his crew into our schedule. Early in the process, he helped us pick paint colors, as well as offered suggestions for granite that would match our somewhat unusual kitchen cabinet color. The work took 6 days, during which Brock made several visits to check on the progress. His crew was friendly, courteous, and the job site was cleaned when they left. After we completed the renovation, Brock sent two guys for two days to finish moulding and do some touchups, which was included in the original price. We really couldn't be happier with the service, how the paint colors came out, and Brock's responsiveness to our questions. Due to the nature of our jobs, the easiest form of communication for me and my husband is email and text, which Brock was always very quick to respond to. <br />

Brock was prompt and courteous and kept in communication at first until the job was 85% complete then I left for work out of state. After that he wouldn't answer my calls, he would only text. He promised repeatedly to come to my home and finish the work and made several arrangements to do so and I had someone at my home to meet him each time. After at least 6 no shows by Brock, I <br /> <br />decided to contact him when I returned home in June. At first he said he would come and finish the work, then he was too busy and said he would try to fit me in to his schedule. He again promised to meet me at my home or at least contact me the following week and that was 3 weeks ago. I left him several voice mails but he never returned my calls. On the final voice mail I was very upfront and stern, I told him to come and finish his job or at least call me to let me know if he had no intentions of ever coming back. He never contacted me. He always seems to have an excuse as you may have read in other complaints. Brock is a nice guy and seemed to be different from most contractors, but now Id say he worse than most. Ive contacted an attorney to have him refund a portion of my bill as well as leaving this review, contacted the State Fraud department and contacted my local BBB office. Ive had enough! <br />

The job was done on time and within budget.  We communicated by text many times and they followed through on all requests.  The house looks great.  Everything was also cleaned up after the job.  No surprises.

Brock and crew did a really good job.  This is the second time I have used Intouch, and I would highly recommend them. <br />

The company did a great job painting the outside of the house (Over Hang). Very nice person and great staff, they got the work done to my satisfaction and in good time. My only issue with him is the follow up, I need for him to get in contact with me in regards to the money I paid, but I have left many messages with no response.

The quote was on time and professional.  The work was done on time and was done well.  The guys cleaned up their mess and even put it in our trash cans for us. <br />

Brock came to my house and inspected the areas for painting and repair & I could tell immediately that he had a lot of knowledge and experience with drywall repair and painting. He gave me the estimate within 20 min. of his visit. He was professional and easy to work with, asking questions about the work. Due to a death in his immediate family the following week, the work had to be postponed for a week. Brock stayed in touch with me during this time. He came with his crew of 3 painters, and even though 2 of the guys did not speak much English, it was easy to communicate with 1 of them. They knew what they were doing and began work immediately upon arriving, covering my furniture and walls thoroughly to avoid damage. The work took 2 days, but would have taken 1 day, due to my indecision on paint color. Brock met me at the paint store to look at paint and worked with me to make a decision (I was impressed with his knowledge about paint colors and tints). Brock came by numerous times to check on the crew and with me to make sure everything was being done to my satisfaction. When the work was completed, the crew cleaned up thoroughly. I will call Intouch for any future home improvements I may need & highly recommend them. Brock is all about customer satisfaction, and that is very hard to find these days. <br />

We used Intouch Painting Co to complete the back of our home after the holidays.  Brock Triche really has an eye for what looks good.  He recommended granite countertops with new sinks, a glazed paint finish, new light fixtures and new plumbing fixtures for our bathrooms in addition to painting.  What a difference that made.  We've received compliments on his work constantly since he finished.  He picked it all out, coordinated with the granite installer, had his people install the new fixtures.  The great thing about all of this was that he did a "champagne" job on a "beer" budget.  I can't say enough good things about Brock, and I tend to be hard to please.  I wish we could post pictures to show off his work.  A very talented young man at a very reasonable price.

We had to wait a while for InTouch to begin our work.  We had originally not been on any particular schedule, but noticed that others jobs seemed to jump ahead of ours.  We were about to contact other companies when they actually scheduled our work. <br /> InTouch was one of three companies we contacted for estimates.  Theirs was actually the highest, but they seemed to be the most thorough so we were not expecting any surprise additional costs.  Thankfully, there were no unexpected costs, but there were some delays and things that had to be redone. <br /> I was a bit disappointed that the owner was not on site more than he was.  He seemed to come by from time to time, but overall there was simply a crew of his workers with limited English language skills. <br /> They washed, primed, and painted the entire exterior of my house.  They did the majority of the work quickly, but then seemed to let the finishing touches lag behind.  The job took a bit longer than we expected because the crew seemed to have moved on to some other job.  They did a good job -- not a great job, but most likely better than other contractors we spoke with. <br /> They also did some minor carpentry work and painted one room in my house.  This interior work was an "add on" after they began the other work. <br /> Based on the other painting contractors I had contacted, I will *probably* use InTouch again.  Overall, I would rate them an A- or B+.  <br /> <br />

Brock met with us very quickly to give us a quote - MUCH less than the previous quote we had received - to paint the interior of the house we just purchased. We were working on a short timeline and needed the house interior painted before our furniture was moved in.  Brock worked with our budget so that we were able to have all the rooms painted that we wanted.  It was very easy to communicate with him and he immediately had a grasp on what we wanted.  The job was finished earlier than expected, and was done very professionally. I was very impressed to see how thoroughly the house was prepped for painting, and how thoroughly everything was replaced.  A couple tweaks were needed and his crew had no problem returning to the house promptly to fix them. Overall a very good experience and we are likely to use InTouch Painting in the future. <br />

Brock had 2 differnt teams work at our house and they were both excellent....... very polite and professional. They actually showed up early on all days they painted. There attention to detail was great. They took all neccassry precautions prior to each room they painted making sure all furniture and fixtures were coverd or removed in advance. After each visit they cleaned up behind themselves and quite honestly other than a few paint fumes you probably would not have known they were there! They finished the project earlier than promissed even though it was during the Thanksgiving holidays. Payment was made only after the project was finished and inspected by Brock and myself. They did very high quality work and we will definetly use them again in the future. <br />

This is an excellent painting company that I would recommend to anyone. The owner is personally involved in the job, and his crew was meticulous in their preparation and final product, sanding by hand when needed so that the surface was perfect. Work was completed as promised within the cost quoted, even when weather interfered, necessitating an additional trip by the crew to complete the job. The porches are gorgeous - this company is one of those that you keep in your rolodex - when it is time to paint my house, this is the company I will call. They truly care about the customer and the job! <br />

Brock came to the house for an estimate.  He listened to our ideas and made some excellent suggestions on colors, textures, etc.  His crew showed up on time, were very respectful and they finished the job ahead of schedule.  Brock is very professional, courteous and has a keen eye for color and what will work best.  He is a talented young man.  His price was very reasonable, and best of all, my wife loves the work he and his crew did.  We have scheduled him to come back in September, after a large family gathering, to paint some rooms in the back of the house.  I'd recommend him to anyone. The only trouble you might have is getting in touch with him initially.  He's somewhat busy because he gets so many referrals - exactly the kind of professional you want to do business with.  He will call you back.  I played telephone tag with him for about two days before scheduling an appointment.  And it was well worth the wait.  If you want top quality work at a reasonable price, Brock is your man.  Looking forward to working with him again.

I contacted Intouch to come out and give me an estimate, and the owner, Brock, came by a few days later.  He was very knowledgeable and thorough, and the quote price he gave me could not have been beaten.  I hired Intouch and they were able to work around my schedule to accomodate me.  It took them a day and a half to complete the work.  Brock and his crew were always on time, and they addressed all of my concerns.  They did great paint work, and I plan to hire them again to paint my cabinets.
