K&Y insulation upgraded my attic insulation to R60 w 20 “ of blown in cellulose. I selected K&Y from among many companies I researched, Carlos (owner) came promptly to do a thorough inspection of the attic & provided a detailed estimate of procedures, materials & labor. His quote was very competitive & he said it would be a full days work & could do the job the next day. They arrived At 9:30 & finished at 4:30. After they cleaned up, you wouldn’t have known they’d been there. He also provided a certificate of guarantee labor & materials from manufacturer. I’d highly recommend K&Y to anyone. What a wonderful family business.!!

We had attic insulation done. Carlos was very good in the work he did. He inspected the attic gave a comparative quote. Very professional. Did a great job on my attic insulation.

Two guys came in, blew fiberglass onto the family room ceiling. They were professional, fast and overall, really nice guys. My wife came home and couldn?t tell that they were even there!

This is a small company run by. people with a genuine concern for getting your job done well. They keep regular contact and their charges are reasonable. I highly recommend them.

We had attic insulation done. Carlos was VERY through in our attic inspection needs and estimate. He took pictures to show us, kept us informed during his work, did what he said he was going to do. He identified and corrected several deficiencies (mold, exposed pipe, no insulation around our bay windows, etc). We would HIGHLY recommend K & Y Insulation (Carlos).
