WNY remodeling

We needed a complete bathroom remodel to accommodate my aging fathers needs and to fix issues left by a previous contractor. Troy and his crew were great! He explained everything and really took the time to ask questions before doing. It was a great experience. He called when there were issues and always had options. I can't tell you how much we appreciated it. Our bathroom is beautiful! We have more friends and family take pictures! The tile work is beautiful!

Not reliable, work fell apart 5 days after completion ( entire door frame, quartz threshold, towel rack) ruined my brand new $2000 vanity, didn’t finish our trim, poor communication, owner was condescending and rude. I hired this company to turn my half bath into a full bath. The owner seemed very nice and knowledgeable on the phone until the job started. When I had questions he told me that I shouldn't be talking to his workers and that I needed to talk to him directly. He was almost never on site and very difficult to get a hold of. Whenever I did finally get a hold of him, he told me that I should trust his guys and that they know what they are doing. Although his employees were nice, they made several mistakes. The easiest one being painting a wall the wrong color. Bigger issues were - 5 days after they were done with the job my entire door frame and pieces of the floor had fallen off. 5 separate pieces of the door frame fell off and the stone threshold going into the bathroom fell off. He also put a shower ledge in the way of my vanity drawer opening and had to notch it out just to get the drawer to open. I warned the owner about this before they had even put in the stone shower ledge and he was very snarky saying. "Don't tell me how to do my job, I know what I'm doing" He said that phrase many times to me anytime I had a question about anything. He ruined my brand new expensive vanity and It looks terrible only giving me the option to cut out a piece of the vanity in order for the drawer to open. After I spent 6 months of being patient and kind, begging and pleading in texts for him to come back and fix the work that wasn’t done correctly. He came back for two hours and only fixed SOME of the issues. While he was fixing the doorframe I asked him if he could do something different to make it hold better since it had completely fallen apart he said "I've been doing it this way for 10 years and I'm not about to change for you" He said he would be back later in day to fix the towel rack and the trim around my bar and I haven’t heard from him since. It’s been 6 more months that have passed and he obviously has no intentions of coming back and honestly the experience was so bad that I really don’t want him back anyway.I do not recommend this company at all and would never hire them to come back...ever. I've had several other contractors come in to give me an estimate to finish the job and they all pointed out all kinds of other things he did wrong and called it shoddy work. If I were you I would look elsewhere.

Everything went extremely well. Troy was very easy to work with and went out of his way to make sure we were satisfied. Had a few unexpected problems arise and they were taken care of with no problem. Definitely would and have recommended him and would hire him again!⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️

They were fast and efficient. They were very clean.

The service was good very thorough, communicate well and was very honest.
