He walked me through what actually needed to be done, gave me a clear written estimate, and there were no surprise charges at the end. The crew showed up on time, worked efficiently, and cleaned up after themselves. David kept in touch throughout the project, sent me updates and photos, and always picked up the phone or texted back quickly if I had a question.
