InvoGreen completed three separate landscaping projects between July 2022 and July 2023 for our Mother. They were very professional and worked quickly completing the job in a timely manner. The workers were courteous and did excellent work and foresaw things we didn’t think of. Their work has a flair to it which produced a beautiful finished product. The owner was very easy to work with. We couldn’t be more pleased and highly recommend this female-owned company for any landscaping project you may have.

Our condo association recently had Invogreen replace our retaining wall. I’m glad I happened upon Invogreen. They responded quickly to my initial inquiry, visited our site, thoroughly analyzed the project and anticipated possible pitfalls. Communication was clear, including the estimate and billing documents. Everyone I dealt with was pleasant, respectful and eager to please. Invogreen completed the project quickly. They provided us a quality retaining wall, cleaned up the job site and followed up to make sure we were pleased. Our association has already decided to use Invogreen for other projects, including mulching, leaf and snow removal.

New sod was installed on a hill slope. After first rainfall all the sod rolled down the hill. Apparently sod on a hill should be pinned down to prevent this. The cover of the french drain basin that was installed was found in a neighbors yard. The cover was not screwed in place. Wanted to leave a review so that this does not happen to another senior citizen in town.

Quintin and his team were here at 10:00am on the day of the appointment. They worked diligently for 3 1/2 hours straight removing old grass, preparing the area, and installing the new fescue sod. They cleaned up all the areas where they worked and explained to us how to take care of the grass. It looks great and we are very pleased with the job.

The team was punctual and very conscientious about how the yard was going to look. They worked **** ** the hottest day of the year so that we could get the sod down before a party the next day. The work team that came were really good at their job.

We initially hired InvoGreen to mulch, plant a few small trees and complete our first spring clean. At the time we learned they offered a regular service. Satisfied with their initial service we signed up. They never came. I reached out to Janine and she said they’d have someone out within the next couple days. Since then they have not showed up a single time when they said they would. They claimed to do work that was not completed (we have cameras).Responses to emails concerning service weren’t responded to and when they did show up the entire job was never completed. After many chances we ended our relationship with them.

No one from the company stopped by to check on the work or to see it afterward to see if I was happy. I only saw someone on the initial visit and was very surprised that no one was interested enough to stop by after that.

Our first time using Invogreen. They arrived on time and were a very professional, courteous work crew. Great care taken around existing plants, flowers and shrubs so as not to cause harm. Completed job in reasonable time. Pricing was reasonable for the job and area. On-line contract and billing process worked well. We need to re-mulch every year or two and I've added them to my contact list for future work. Based on this one experience we highly recommend Invogreen.

Fabulous! They responded quickly and professionally. They showed up on time and the workers spoke English and were exceedingly friendly. The price was fair and they estimated the correct amount needed. This company will be my 'go to' in the future. Highly recommend!

They were very good. They were on the pricey side, but they do good work. I paid $500 for them to clean up and make it look nice and I think it was $28 every two weeks for doing the grass and making everything look nice. They got out there pretty darn fast and did what I wanted. I think they did a good job. They did great.

All went well and it looks great! The costs were reasonable considering all the removal from the back and having to bring it all up the hill and out to the street.

They did a lot. I would grade them an A on everything. I'm in the process of having them do some more work for me, too. They sent two guys and it was nice. I was at work and they called me or texted me or something and so we were able to communicate and get things cleared up by phone or text, so it was great.

Punctual, courteous men worked a long day placing mulch. There was some minor plant damage in a couple areas, which may have been hard to work.

TERRIBLE! The work is fair if you can ever get them to do it, but good luck with that. If you have days at a time to sit at home waiting for nobody to show up and money to throw away on plants that die before they ever get planted in the beds that never get cleaned out, these are your guys. I'm talking about months and months of service requests on an existing contract being ignored. Then they'll wait to the middle of the season when everybody else is booked up and quit on you. I tried to give them a chance to redeem themselves. Wnat a stupid, colossal mistake. STAY AWAY!
Response from InvoGreen
"[Member Name Removed] was a mowing customer of ours since April 2016 and was challenging from day one. This year she requested a bid on some spring cleanup and we were slow to get the bid to her because of the volume of bid requests we had in the Spring. When we did get it to her, she tried to force us into doing the work for a lesser price by saying that the job was smaller when she requested the bid. Among other things, she also tried to get us to agree to pay her for each day if there were any delays. We are guessing that this is what she means by giving us a chance to redeem ourselves. We were not okay with these terms nor with the way she was treating us in emails. We turned down the project because of [Member Name Removed]'s demands and the way she was treating us. When we did, she became extremely angry. She then went out of her way to threaten our company by saying in an email that she was "VERY eager to share [her] experiences with as many others as [she] can." In emails to us about this project she initially stated that she was only unhappy with the time it took to get her bid but then after we turned down the project she went online with a completely different mentality. It's worth noting that when we turned down this project, we contacted another landscaping company that we know well and they indicated to us that they would be willing to help [Member Name Removed] and get her on the schedule quickly. We gave [Member Name Removed] their contact info. We also gave [Member Name Removed] a refund on 2 mowings as a gesture of goodwill. Finally, this customer was not requesting a bid on an existing contract as she indicated. The existing contract was for mowing and not spring clean-up. We were not late servicing her existing contract. In addition, we did not "quit" any part of this contract. We simply turned down a different project that [Member Name Removed] asked us to bid on."

Problems included canceling at the last minute, sending the wrong crew and then having to wait for the correct one, supervisor leaving for 3 hours with no explanation, no way to communicate with company supervisors on the day of the job, non-delivery of edging machine which the president promised her husband would"personally" deliver, shrubs planted by inexperienced person who had no supervision other than me and my husband and was left by himself for 3 hours to do everything while supervisor tended to one of company's trucks that broke down, shrubs not watered in, lack of knowledge of correct planting/transplanting procedures.
Response from InvoGreen
"Customer rescheduled several times and it was very difficult to keep moving other customers and our crews around as a result. On the day our supervisor left for 3 hours, a faulty hitch on one of our dump trucks broke on the highway and our 14,000 lb trailer came off and blocked a lane of traffic. Our supervisor left to make sure everyone was okay, deal with police that were on seen, and use another truck to move the trailer to a safe place. While we are sorry this customer was upset with us about the 3 hour absence, it was a true emergency. Our supervisor did return and inspected the work. We are happy to back our work on this job if any issues do arise due to our supervisor's absence."
