Kitchen - Remodel
Work performed according to our wishes with efficiency and painstaking care.
This was our third time using their services. We had the kitschen updated with new laminate and tile, new sink, fan, and light fixtures.

Remodel to Accommodate a Disability
Amazing work I am completely in love with my new bathroom. We had our bathroom remodeled because our son is so tall and experiences disability it was becoming dangerous. The remodel is more than I ever could have dreamed of. Not only is it beautiful but it's extremely functional and ADA compliant I loved the crew that came in by the time they left it almost felt like they were my besties. They came on time they came when they said they would and that's a big deal when you're working with a contractor. They cleaned up everyday on their way out The house never looked crazy or in shambles. Couldn't say enough a good things I felt like when I took the pictures I uploaded here I just couldn't get the right angle but it's so pretty

Major Home Repair (General Contractor)
We hired In Your Home for a laundry room / mudroom reconfiguration / reno and they did a terrific job! I love that they are a small, locally-owned company, specializing in ADA renovations for the elderly and disabled. Everyone who works for IYH is very attentive and accessible. Time from demo to completion was 3 weeks. Had a great experience working with Kristen (consultant / designer), Lee (project manager), and Israel (demo, framing, drywall, flooring, etc.) Electrician, plumber, and cabinet maker were contractors. We had a few small hiccups along the way (as always happens with a remodel) but staff were very prompt and courteous to resolve them. They hire quality people and take pride in what they do. Would definitely recommend!

I work for an agency that provides home improvements or needed repairs for disabled persons, from installing walk-in showers, complete bathroom remodels, wheelchair ramps, to smaller home repairs. I have worked with In Your Home for over seven years. They are always very quick to respond for requests for estimates. Often times when they were the higher estimate, they were still awarded the job because of the proposal, how it was written up, and that it showed it was best for the consumer. In Your Home has completed so many jobs for our agency over the years and the reviews by our consumers are always excellent! Not only is the work very high quality but their interactions with the consumers is wonderful. I hear nothing but great reviews from our consumers and trust me, there are a lot!

First of all let me say…Job well done! We absolutely love the finished product. Kristi’s ability to perfectly capture our vision was delightful. Dillon and David really brought the vision to life. My wife and I cannot say enough good things IYH. Every member of the team has just been so super responsive and timely every step of this process. Specifically, we have had remodels where the contractors and subcontractors would only respond to me and leave my wife out of the loop or be unresponsive. Not at all IYH's approach. This was literally the best remodel experience we have ever had. We will absolutely work with them again.

We had our outside spigot break during the ice storm. Water pouring out and unable to turn it off. Rick sent photos and video to troubleshoot turning the water main off, while his guy was in route to our house. Service was quick despite the storm! Afterward he helped me troubleshoot a different problem over the phone. Very helpful and friendly. Despite my lack of knowledge during the situation, he never made me feel dumb and reassured me. Great experience! Would definitely use again!

Oh my gosh, these folks are SUPERB. I had engaged them for exterior painting, and they sent a team over to inspect and let me know what prep needed to happen and overall what would be involved. They were thorough and communicative. It turned out the roof really needed to be replaced before painting, for all kinds of reasons. Ugh, unpleasant surprise, but they worked with me to make it as affordable and painless as possible. And omg the roof is gorgeous and perfectly done. So glad we got that done before the rain and snow season. Sadly, my budget didn't allow for both the roof AND exterior painting, but next year as soon as the weather dries out I'll be calling IYH. They were wonderful about the change to the plan. This makes a couple of fences, a hardwood floor installation, a patio door install, and now a huge roof install (with three different buildings roofed) that I've done with IYH. I 100% trust Kristen and Skyler to work with me for all my home projects. The IYH team does top quality work that also looks gorgeous.

The In Your Home team was fantastic for our full kitchen remodel! They took our 1984 kitchen into modern design. Kristen as the designer was communicative, provided expert recommendations and feedback and was our advocate as we moved through the process. Dillion and Lee as the project leads and contractors were excellent. They performed their work at the highest level of professionalism and were fantastic. The whole team did amazing work and still checks in on everything. We feel confident that this kitchen will last and remain the center of our beautiful home.

I had a small job, removing window air conditioners, and they did that for me and took the conditioners to the garage for storage. It's hard to get someone to come to your place for a small job. They did what I needed and were friendly and responsive to emails and texts. Everything went as expected and I would definitely use them again.

This is a great company with experienced contractors willing and able to take on projects and jobs of any size. I feel like I’ve been looking for these people my whole life! I have been working with them for a year on large and small projects and met them initially when they were willing to step in and salvage a project that a previous contractor had bungled badly. Solid attentiveness to every item from fencing to painting to re-grouting to odd jobs. They have also been willing to show me how to fix some things so I can do them myself in the future. Transparent assessments and estimates. Flexibility and ingenuity. No patronizing or rushing. Gold star responsiveness. It’s clear that the whole team works together well and have mutual respect for each other. I’ve really enjoyed working with Justin, who is straightforward and clear, clever, and efficient. No surprises with this congenial company.

IYH remolded our entire master bathroom to make it more accessible/ADA compliant for our 13 yo son who has Cerebral Palsy and is wheelchair bound. They also installed flooring in our bedroom and closet. Installed a beautiful wider frame door and cement ramp to entry way. We could not be happier with the end result. John, Kristen, Skyler, Max, Lee, and the rest of the IYH team went above and beyond our expectations. Their craftsmanship and attention to detail is amazing. We would HIGHLY recommend IYH for anyone that is planning to remodel. We will definitely be working with them again for future projects.
