Excellent work

It was fabulous. They were very courteous with me. They were very helpful in explaining everything. They did an excellent job. It was a spotless job.

Overall went very well.  Minor issues with high winds and spare shingles flying around.  The roof looks GREAT!!! <br />

Roofco worked well with the Solar Company so the roof installation did not delay the solar panel installation.  Jamieson also patiently worked with us on the selection of appropriate products for a complicated application.  The workers were hard-working and cleaned up all evidence of the removal of the old shingles.  They repeatedly cleaned up the site, an absolute must since we have small grandchildren that frequent our yard!  The bid and work were prompt, and even a few extras services were even added at no additional cost.  We are happy with the final result and are thrilled to report after the recent downpours---not a single leak. <p><br /></p> <br />

The job they did last fall was acceptable. We were very happy. Our issue now is that we have a new leak and have been trying to get a hold of him for a week. He has not returned our plees for his services, so now we need to find someone who can at least tarp our roof untill it can be fixed. <br /> <br /> <br />

I would not recommend them at all. I wasn't here when they did it but they left a lot of wrappers to the shingles on the ground. They smoked while here and when I came back there was a tonne of cigarette buts on the lawn.  They put on a wrong color and when I called the owner on it, he was not very good to me. Otherwise the roof looks nice and I am happy with it. Because of the way I was treated, I would not recommend them to anybody.

. Responded quickly with a quote for the job, When we decided to go with their quote they ordered the supplies and began work on schedule. They came to the house at 8:00 P. M. to fix a temporary rain barrier that was leaking do to heavy rain and wind, They also came on a Saturday to finish up the main roof to beat a week-long rain forecast. <br />

They worked with our insurance anent to get us a new roof which the agent was reluctant to do so they first put a tarp over the roof to keep the rain off for "FREE" not charging us a dime!! After negotiation with that agent and not budging they just recovered the section that was in bad shape and reasonably low price. I would go with these guys again and again and refer them to everyone I know.

The entire crew was professionally run with an efficient, competent crew outfitted with the proper tools and supplies to complete the tasks at hand. If I had not seen ROOFCO's display at the local fair I might have gotten stung with a cut rate fly by night operation that we hear about all too often. Jamison and Richard are Professionals at the service they provide. Their working crew are professionals at the tasks they perform, and are a complete professional team that works well with each other, proud of the work that they perform, and proud of their fellow workers. <br /> Jamison impressed me the first day that my wife and I met him for the estimate. After spending a long day working right alongside his crew, he then spent his evening time sharing with us his plans to "serve" his clientelle to the best of his abilities, to help grow their business. Richard, I am sure, is very proud of Jamison. <br /> Richard was here the day the work was performed and worked right along side his "TEAM". I am impressed by the attitude of the "Whole Team" . Attention to detail, job knowledge, quality work in their job perfomance, and cleanliness seemed to be their goal - and it showed. My neighbors were impressed by the "Team work" they demonstrated - everyone knew their tasks to perform and worked fluidly with the rest of their team. <br /> Even though I had to get on their schedule and wait for them to perfom their job, it was a wait I am glad I decided to make. My yard and areas where they worked is cleaner after they did their work, then what I gave them to work with. I am impressed, im pressed, impressed. The job was completed quickly and completely in  less time then estimated. What a pleasant surprise. <br /> If I was younger I would wish to be a part of their team. Thanks to the whole team. <br />

They arrived on time at 8:00am and completed tearing off and replacing the roof before 1:00pm.  I was very happy with the service.  They completely covered everything around the house before they started and cleaned up at the end.  The roof looks very good and have had no problems since the install.  The owner came back about 1 week later just to check I was having no problems.  Very good service and would highly recommend this business. <br />

He is very knowledgeable and met now only with me but with my insurance adjuster. <br />

They were fast and they were very good at what they did. <br /> <br />It went great!  We didn't have to deal with days of having people on the roof making noise. <br /> <br />They even met with our insurance company to show the damage done to our roof. <br />

Roofko staff came to house to give estimates and product info. Suggested owner call insurance company due to hail damage.  Roofko was there to give opinion to insurance adjuster.  Roof covered by insurance.  Completed job done with very satisfied.

They called the day before when they were fairly sure the weather would cooperate and wanted to verify that it would be OK with us to do it on those days.  They only asked that we keep the cars parked somewhere besides the street  while they were working so the their workers and trucks would have easier access.  Both times, they used tarps to catch any debris and cleaned up as they went.  The roof looks really nice. <br />

Work was done on time and as expected. Workers did not blast music, which was great. I would not have allowed that, but I was glad it was a non issue. I did have a problem with a poor job with the flashing and my roof leaked, but they fixed same day I called. Mistakes happen. We'll see how the repair works goes... <br />
