Representative did a good job. I chose not to have the deep cleaning done. Carpet needs to be replaced. Happy with the results. Rated price a B because of fee charged for small bathroom partial space (approx 9 SF) counting as a 5th room.

Overall a good service. Price was increased for $25 by company representative for additional two stair islands and corridor between the rooms. No representative chats me back on line while hiring, however responded fast while calling them. It was easy to schedule an appointment. The representative called 8:00 am morning to confirm the address and arrived 2 hours before scheduled time. The full job was done for about 30 min. Nothing special in cleaning and some spaces were asked to clean one more time. After cleaning, all vacuum trash was thrown and left on our street side, so we took care for it by ourself.
