Our very old garage floor needed to be updated and we called iPaint for an estimate. The owner Nick came on time and recommended a new type of coating by Penntek far more durable and attractive than your typical epoxy. The cost is higher than epoxy but we think it's worth every penny - the garage now looks incredible and is easy to clean as well. Nick's crew was professional and did an excellent job quickly. They also painted the walls and ceiling. Overall the entire experience was very positive and we highly recommend the company.

Painters were excellent. Really cared about the work that they did (actually re-spackled and re-painted a wall because it did not look smooth when sun reflected on it). Professional - arrived on-time; no "goofing off"; cleaned up each evening. I did get a couple of other estimates that were a bit lower, but others did not get good reviews. I would ABSOLUTELY recommend iPaint and Contract.

Contacted Nick and got a quote that was right in line with my budget for this job, his guys started when promised and kept the work site clean, very professional, love my new garage floor ! I got very tired of the old nasty concrete floor. Very highly recommended.

Excellent. Have used before and would not hesitate to use again. They do not leave anything half-way done - everything perfect. The men who work with Nick and his head construction planned, Rene, are very professional as well as friendly and cooperative. The had to put up with a big dog "greeting" them, flights of steps, etc. Everything went as planned and better.

I negotiated the price with Nick, whose quality of materials and scope of work was superior to his competitors. M y wife had reservations about spending money on re-conditioning the garage floor, but she was sold when Nick agreed to throw in the painting of two walls in the garage. His workers, Bob and Bob, were consummate professionals and gentlemen, who responded patiently to my wife's requests--which impressed me considerably given the fact that she is an artist with training in fine arts and pays attention to every visual detail. She is very hard to please, but when the floor was done, she could not have been more satisfied. I have more than one doctoral degree but am utterly mechanically challenged and often rely on outside contractors to deal with all aspects of my home maintenance and improvement. I always do my homework and try to get the best of the best, usually with more than modest success. Nick and his team at IPaint stand head and shoulders above all the rest, matched only by my cousin who is an all-around handyman and mechanical whiz with an artistic eye who is recently retired. If I have any reservation about the work done on my garage floor by IPaint, it is that I feel a little guilty about having such a beautiful garage floor that I jokingly tell admiring neighbors that we plan to eat off it. <br /> Overall, I could not be more pleased! <br />

To begin, I wish they gave the opportunity for ratings above an A. We were placed in a bind by another contractor who bailed on a job with less than 24 hours notice. we scrambled and boy were we lucky to find iPANT and Nick. He called back promptly, discussed the job, and arranged for someone to come 14 hours later to start the job. He also adjusted the cost for us. The field supervisor and worker were prompt, he worked consistently throughout (not always seen with an hourly wage for a job) and we were quite pleased with the results. If we did not have a separate contract for the other rooms in the home we would have hired them. You cannot go wrong with hiring iPAINT <br />

I had hired Nick a couple of years ago to paint the outside of the house I was living in. His men did an incredible job. When I bought my apartment, I called him in to do the work. I did not even bother to get another estimate. He is expensive, and worth every penny. He painted a 2400 sq. ft. apartment to my color specifications, hung wallpaper, removed a closet door and framed it out for a new bifold door, attached door stops and switch and outlet plates, had his electrician hang fixtures, and do wiring for TV and internet. He removed a whole wall of mirror which was becoming detached from the wall, and repaired and painted that wall. No one would ever know anything had hung there at one time. I did wind up paying over and hove the figure above, because I then had the electrician remove a good bit of recessed lighting, and install LED lighting.

After interviewing 3 contractors I choose iPaint and Contact Inc. for the finishing of the cement floors in my entertainment room. iPaint and Nick were the most knowledgeable and professional of all the companies I interviewed. The materials they used were of the highest quality available; not the ?handyman? epoxy floor coatings sold in Home Depot that the other contractors wanted to use. There were also many colors and multicolor flake systems available to choose from. The epoxy used was essentially odorless and dried quickly. We are so happy with the finished job, it looks beautiful. <br /> They took care to prepare the cement properly as to provide the best possible finished product. They filled all the cracks and the floor was prepared using power grinders to assure that the epoxy adhered properly. There was very little dust. The floor also came with a 5 year guarantee against peeling or cracking. This was the best guarantee offered by any of the contractors we interviewed. <br /> If you want a beautiful job, a pleasant experience and a company that stands behind its work, then you must call iPaint.

I repeat that the sanding and cement preparation was perfect. The company that had painted the walls and ceiling left paint and other stuff on the floor. They were careless and would get a poor review from me. iPaint took care of it and spent time and effort to clean it all up before putting down the epoxy. The work was done in a week. No dust, no dirt, no mess. And I told the team that the garage with 100% solid epoxy and flakes looks so good I could use it for my master bedroom. Without reservation, I recommend iPaint for any cement epoxy painting. By the way they also painted the basement walls in a beautiful blue, so my basement went from a storage area to a recreational area. I will use iPaint also in my Manhattan residence.

Nick, Rene and the entire crew did a fantastic job. I called Nick to paint 3 rooms, a hallway and stairway on a very tight timeline. My wife and I moved into our new house and we needed to get the rooms painted before our new twins were born. My wife went into Labor early so I reached out to iPaint to see they could paint the rooms before she arrived home from the hospital. Nick showed up, on time, gave a solid estimate and committed to having the job done on time. We agreed to terms and I bought paint. The crew showed up on time each day (3 person crew), and did a fantastic job. Painting and the additional work (patching large holes, fixing door jams, and adjusting doors to close properly) were excellent. Highly professional firm. Strongly recommend and will hire again.

They did an impressive job. The work was beautiful. The workmen were excellent. The supervisor got to me every night if i had any questions. They were superb. When i first contacted them, the owner of the company came and gave me a thorough estimate. They scheduled a time that they would come. It had to be coordinated with those working on the floor. They were delayed because of the storms. They contacted me and we rescheduled it. Before the job started, the supervisor came and looked at what job is to be done and he kept sending me notes every night. I felt comfortable leaving my keys with them. They told me everything up front and they were highly professional. The people that came in my house afterwards appreciated the job they did.

Although I was nervous and anxious to have to go through all the work required to repair and paint, especially because until this leak, our paint job was in good shape, Nick Montagnese assured me it was quite fixable and would look as good as new. He was right! His men were professionals who took much time preparing the rooms before painting to insure they didn't damage or mark up anything in the house. They moved whatever needed to be moved. They were delightful and not intrusive, and used little booties and special work shoes rather than their outdoor shoes. Since I had a busy schedule and was beholden to other workmen to complete their work first, Nick was patient and flexible so that the work got done without my having to stress over the scheduling of the work. They matched up my paint, and a foreman came by each day to start the day and check in to be sure I was happy. I was even given a pad to leave notes but since the charming young men were quite approachable, I was able to talk to them directly. I had known Nick's father since this is a family- run business and never once did I have to worry about who was in my home and if the work would be done well. While it was expensive to do the work, clearly, the time and labor put in to be sure the work was done carefully and without any damage to my home- with absolutely no stress on us - was worth whatever difference there may have been. Anything that had to be removed was, and everything was put back. Since they had to paint the ceiling in my family room which has books shelves with expensive items on it, everything was carefully covered so that only protruding items had to be removed. I highly recommend Ipaint for any special painting done as well. I have no doubt that they would do an excellent job an anything they say they can do. Experience and personal attention go hand in hand with Nick's desire to continue to offer an outstanding service to those who request his expertise. <br />
