This was one was the worst experience I've ever had. They said it would take 10 days max, but it took about a month or more. They did not come every day, and when they did come, they would arrive around 3 pm to 5 pm. They would work past midnight. Sometimes finishing around 4 am. I had to apologize to my neighbors and ask for leniency multiple times. The workers left trash (fast food bags and wrappings, and cigarette buds) around, leaving our family to clean up their trash. They also put a black covering on the opposite side of the garage where we moved our items so that they could work. But it was obvious that they did not pay attention and did not care, since the dirt got everywhere, and again our family was left to clean up their mess. The upsetting part is that these are concerns we addressed before we contracted them. And they were happy to LIE and say that everything would be well taken care of. Things get worse when they PARTIALLY COMPLETED the job. They were done covering up the garage concrete and driveway asphalt. ​Asphalt was not done evenly and smoothly. They told us they would come back when the weather got warmer and complete the job, including sealing the driveway. But even after leaving multiple phone calls, sending messages, and an email, we have not heard from them. One of the workers unplugged our freezer, which made all the food rotten and left our brand new freezer smelling like a dead body. My mom and I cleaned out all the food because the workers couldn't breathe near the freezer. they said they would get someone to come the next day to clean it, but it was already spilling over to the ground. How would we just leave it be? They tried to wash the stench away with their power cleaner, but all it did was scratch and break our freezer parts. the smell still did not leave the freezer after my mom and I used Clorox, vinegar, and baking soda. They did not compensate us for our food or our labor time to deal with their mess. They said they would compensate our > $1,500.00 worth of food by not taking payment for sealing the driveway which cost $700.00. But it doesn't matter anyway, since they completely ignored our calls and message to schedule the work. The concrete job was also done poorly, there are clumps of concrete that were not smooth out and ruined our garage. I decided to trust their company and decided to go with them since Angi/Angie's List recommended them. It was my first time using Angi/Agie's List, and most likely my last time.

It was excellent. They shown up on time, did what they said they're gonna do, and clean up when they are done.

It went well. They were very efficient in and out within an hour.

It was done quickly and professionally. The plumber then tested the backup pump before he left to make sure it was functional and everything was setup correctly.

The men were professional, thorough and extremely neat and careful. Everything was explained beforehand and after along with recommendations to keep drains running smoothly.

Work was very professional. However, had no choice but to wait for hours to have the job done, since it was not not at my residence. Scheduled a week in advance for a four hour, 12 - 4, time window. At 3:30 had to call to find out plumber would be "a little late due to a big job elsewere." I arrived a the job site at 4:30 and then had to sit until after 6 PM for the plumber to arrive.

iPlumb was knowledgeable, efficient and professional. I appreciated their quick response and immediate attention to my leaking kitchen and bathroom plumbing. When a problem occurred a few months later with the bath faucet, iPlumb repaired at no charge within minutes.

We originally went w FHFurr . We didn’t realize until after the contract was written and after waiting 2 weeks b4 the work could b preformed, that the contract wasn’t written by a certified plumber. We cxld that contract and was pleasantly surprised when iplumb not only sent a plumber who knew what he was doing but was also one of the owners. It’s nice to deal w a company that still understands what customer service means. They installed a sump pump working throughout the day into the night until the job was completed. They went out of their way to help fix the problem giving us several choices and prices to choose what was best for our situation and finances. They will always b the plumbers we call if we ever need a plumber.

Michael, the tech, completed the work within the two hours he estimated. He completed the work with minimum disruption to my day (working from home) and minimal impact to the house (he did have to cut a small hole to access the pipe where it enters the house).

In less than 24 hours, Michael was at my doorstep with a new system. He efficiently replaced the old system and carefully adjusted the pipes to have a perfect fit. I was impressed with his professionalism and attention to details. He was a one-man show! In a couple of hours, hot water was running in the pipes and he did make sure that every faucet was working properly and releasing any air from the tank! He left the basement clean and removed all the old parts. I strongly recommend this company! As far as price, my system was very old, so it did require significant work to bring it up to code, so I believe it was a fair price for the amount of work. The system is commercial grade, so I did not get some cheap system.

Great company. Called last night at 9pm (they answered!), they offered to come the next day even though I had never worked with them in the past. Replaced my sump pump and even cleaned up some additional areas for free. Really great family owned small business. Would definitely work with them in the future.

Very responsive. Called them at 7:30 in the morning. They had a new sump pump installed by 10:30 am, for a reasonable price. Mike, the contractor was easy to talk to and knew his stuff. Would definitely use them again!

One of the Best Services Companies I have had the pleasure of working with. In the hour of need, on a Sunday, and most importantly on Father's Day, when almost everyone else was unavailable, they helped us by sending one of their Best Plumbers, Michael O'Donnell to help us. Michael was a true professional who was very nice and courteous. Michael resolved our emergency plumbing situation with utmost effectiveness and efficiency and at a very reasonable price. I trust this company fully with any plumbing work. They are indeed the Best.

Smooth work on the installation. Thorough instruction on the operation of the heater and its maintenance and warranty. Cleanup after the job was efficient and complete.

The business did not complete the work as agreed to incorrectly installed one item and eventually refunded us for this but refused to come back and do any additional work to resolve the outstanding issues. The business was immediately on the defensive from the moment we had any issue and actively worked against any resolution which seems counterintuitive. The company suggested and completed work that we later learned was not actually required and refused to discuss this with us. Overall quality customer service and resolution to issues both plumbing and billing are subpar. 1. iPlumb came to work on a leak issue in our master bathroom wall. Resolved leak as far as we know. But while conducting work noticed that our bathtub downspout had a diverter for a non-existent shower component and suggested we replace the downspout. This sounded smart so we agreed. In the meantime while waiting for the downspout to come in our other contractor sealed up the drywall hole and repair the ceiling. The list of issues goes on.... Here is our last message to them before we filed with th BBB. 1. Downspout installed was too short. You have ordered a new one. But we are unclear where this stands. At no point did we not want you to complete this work. We need a new downspout. 2. When the electrician was cutting into our drywall, he nicked an electrical wire. After much discussion, iPlumb stated it was not their fault and that they advised us (in advance of the work) that any damage would not be their responsibility. --- We sent an email with our original invoice and advised that no.1, we were not advised of any "liability" or lengthly disclaimers, we never saw any such documentation. Sent our invoice to show that this was the only thing we ever received. no.2, regardless, we just wanted some compensation for the repair work that is now required. 3. Your Master Plumber conducted a leak search, he said he identified the problem and there were no more leaks. ---- This past Friday the leak recurred, in the exact same space/location. Meanwhile we have sealed up the drywall from the original search and patched/repaired the spot where there was water damage. Now, we will need to probably redo all of this work, too. 4. Your Master Plumber informed us, while conducting the leak search, that our bathtub was not appropriately supported. He advised us that it was only a matter of time before the bathtub collapsed from water weight. So we were convinced to proceed with some work to support the tub. ---- We have since learned that our bathtub was supported appropriately, by both the cradle framing and the cement base. Wonderful. The technicians suggested we purchase the replacement Tower Shower ourselves so as to save the costs. Was able to save a fortune by that approach to acquisition versus their company purchasing the item for installation. At their first visit, knowing it would take time to get the replacement in, the technicians corrected the cutoff to the Master Bath so we could at least use the commode. Further, because my husband was unable to negotiate the basement steps, they changed the water filter from the well water, which he had not been able to change himself. Once the replacement Tower Shower arrived, the technicians wasted no time to get it installed and correct the pipe leading to the commode which had also been damaged by the original plumber back in January. They took the time to preserve and explain the evidence of the damages we incurred. The only task remaining now is the have someone come replace the plaster board cut into the wall behind the shower by the previous plumber, as well as the additional access iPlumb needed to cut in below that first opening to provide proper cutoffs to the shower, not accomplished by the previous plumber. SPECIAL NOTE: The technicians made every effort to preserve the original tiles and integrity of the shower enclosure; great job that. All is well. The labor costs were quite reasonable given the amount of work required to cure our Master Bath Tower Shower, Commode, and poorly installed cutoff. Would highly recommend this firm for any plumbing task for their expertise and humanitarian spirit. THANK YOU, iPLUMB The pictures are of the new Tower Shower. iPlumb was great, a real life saver. A DIY fail on a Friday night left my family without water Saturday. After a visit and quote Sat AM that was excessive, I looked here and found iPlumb. They answered immediately and quoted a price for the standard job over the phone. They came out on Sunday and had the new faucet in, and water on, by lunch. They were very professional, with tablets for information capture, electronic payment, and they sent my receipt via email. The best part was that the quoted price - about a fifth of the first quote I got - never changed. Professional, flexible, transparent pricing, and they delivered all they said they would. We're new to the Leesburg area, and are glad to have found our go-to plumber. Highly recommend them.

Great service and price from start to finish; I highly recommend iPlumb! The technician who gave us our estimate, Johnny O, was super helpful in laying out all the different options for our water heater replacement. He helped us decide to switch from a standard electric to a tankless gas heater which will save us hundreds of dollars a year. Their flat rate for a Navian tankless water heater included installation, the gas conversion and a 10 year warranty. Plus iPlumb sent an email that included a $400 off coupon. Sweet! (Our total cost of $4,000 was what other companies were going to charge for a standard tank with gas conversion.) <br>Luckily we ended up with Johnny O as our service technician as well. He was awesome! Definitely try to get him if you call for services.  <br>Johnny was super knowledgeable, gave us great advice, worked efficiently and hard for over eight hours, and was very respectful. His workmanship was excellent, and he walked us through all the logistics  of the new heater and new infrastructure. He was even cool about the three huge snake skins he found in the rafters. Eeew! <br>After doing my research and getting estimates from four other companies, I am super happy that we chose iPlumb.
