Excellent job and I’d what they promised

Jacob was very responsive and meticulous in his work. I had an estimate and the work was complete within a week! The result is a beautiful rock waterfall that climbs a steep hill in my backyard, complete with illumination at night. He even planted a couple of perennial flowers to give it a finishing touch. iPond and Waterfalls was amazing. I highly recommend them.

Jacob and Billy were right on time. They sure know what they were doing in all aspects of the job. In just a few hours they were finished. My husband and I are getting older and can't do what we used to so thank you very much! We will be contacting you again with all of our pond needs and I will refer you to everyone I know that has a backyard water feature.

Jacob of iPond and Waterfalls came out to assess our needs for a small pond at the home we recently purchased.  Jacob quoted us for repairing a leak in the pond, beautifying the area with additional rocks and gravel, and creating a new shelf and character in the pond.  We hit a few snags along the way, due to faulty plumbing from the previous owners.  However, Jacob continued to come back out to the house and spent as much time as needed to diagnose the problem and ultimately fix it.  He was dependable, knowledgable, very focused on customer satisfaction and did a remarkable job on our pond.  We will definitely work with him again and would recommend him to anyone with a pond that needs attention or looking to install a new water feature.
