IQ is a great person to work with, gave us a better price than 32 different others, the shingles were class 3 160 MPH, and the crew did a great job finessing the appearance!

Contractor was very professional and explained project in full detail. Replaced roof ,painted house and installed new gutters. Very hard working crew members. Roofers. Painters, and gutter installers. Contractor required final payment til job was completed and that we were.satisfied.My wife and I highly recommend IQ Roofing and Contracting.Thank you IQ and work crew!!

Absolutely amazing. When we met up and did our initial consultation after dealing with the insurance he knew everything that needed to be done he also found some things that the insurance missed and fought for us to get everything taken care of the right way I kind of laughed when I found out his nickname is IQ and that's why he calls his company the smarter choice but after meeting the man and letting them do the work I can honestly say it was a pretty smart choice for me

Iq was wonderful to work with! He’s extremely knowledgeable in the roofing industry. He helped communicate with the insurance company and the adjuster to make sure we were being covered properly. He kept us informed along the way and even found us a better deal on shingles that are better quality than what the insurance company would pay for. He also put in new gutters with the roof that gave our home an entirely new better look! I would highly recommend IQ Roofing!

Awesome. IQ is one of the few honest guys left in the business and won’t steer you wrong. Has done my home twice due to storms. Has also done both of my shop buildings. Cannot say enough good things about him and his efficient/professional crew!
