Way to pricey for the level of work preformed. He's Charged and independent plumber and charged me $275 to twitch out a cartridge plus tye cost of the part. Finding out the steps were; unscrew the handle, turn of the water using the shut off valves in the pipe, unscrew the cartridge, replace cartridge, turn on water, and screw handle back on. He charged me $275 for labor and the part was only $130. Definitely extortion pricing. When I asked why was labor so much he saif because he had to go to two place to find the part and he's working on a Saturday. He's like a taxi, kept the meter running while driving around to get the part and he seemed to be under the impression that I forced him to work on a Saturday. I will not use again and I do not recommend. He should price fair by the level of difficulty of a job and not just by what he feel he is owed.

I couldn’t be happier with the service I received. Ismael arrived right on time, immediately put me at ease, and took the time to clearly explain everything before and during the repair. What could have been a really stressful clogged drain issue turned into a complete anxiety-free experience thanks to his professionalism and calm approach. IRC finished a job I have to brag about. Ismael and Diego were called out for a planned job at an apartment complex to change shut off valves for a boiler system. We had the water turned off for residents during the repair. They found another part needing replaced that was not exposed prior to the start of the job. Instead of milking the clock and inconveniencing residents for a second day in a row, he had a plan B. He explained to me his plan, timing, and was able to replace additional part as well. I am grateful for his quick thinking, communication and knowledge to complete the job and get the water back on. Fantastic service! Always my number one call because they have done it all! It is rare to find someone who combines skill, honesty and great customer service. IRC has experience in multi family homes, single family homes and commercial buildings. I work in property management and have had emergency slab leaks at 2am or on a Sunday after hours calls for no hot water. IRC is always there for us. Leak detection services have saved us thousands of dollars. Ismael looks past the problem and identifies the source. I appreciate IRC for the Integrity in their work and respectful of my time and my tenants.
