The work is always well done and with care - our yard is large and has various levels and areas. Other lawn services have not wanted to work with it, but Ivan and his team handle it without any problems. Ivan is quick to respond and really friendly. Highly recommend him and his work!

While the work was very good and he was responsive, it was difficult coordinating getting the work done. He indicated he have quite a response to the Deal. We did reschedule one of the visits.

They did a great job. They were very good. They were very hard working. They were honest and they since it was a fixed contract we were always worried that people aren't going to work that hard and that was not the case. They were very concerned that we were pleased with the job they were doing. We went with them because they had good rating and they seemed to have a good price. When I think about it it was a good job. It was done well. It was done with no complaints whatsoever.

It was such a wonderful experience and they did such a good job. It was a little difficult to schedule with them in the beginning because they were so busy, but they were out within a few weeks of us buying the deal with them. They cleared the entire job in the 3 hours that they were there and they actually ended up staying a little longer to finish everything. They didn't nickel and dime us at all and I would definitely recommend them to neighbors and friends.

The service provider did not respond to my messages after the initial contact to provide the service. I sent him a message with the date I wanted the work done after the leaves had fallen, and there was no response. I tried one more time, and still nothing. I ended up going with a different company.

Ivan was professional, knowledgeable, and got to work right away. I was very flexible with my time so I worked with his schedule. He did mention that since I did live far away from his normal area of service that he would not be able to provide service on a regular basis. I was happy with his honesty. It was one of the first deals I purchased through A.L. I feel Ivan worked fast; however, I felt that his helper was not as quick. But really, no complaints. What I needed done was done and he answered many of my questions. I am satisfied with the work and his feedback. <br />

I bought a Big Deal for 10 hours of landscaping which was completed in 2 hours by 5 men and I was satisfied with the work done so I asked for a quote to haul away debris from my yard. Ivan looked at the debris and told me about $175. He came back 2 weeks later with one guy and I asked if he could also take away a dismantled swing set and he said sure, no problem. After the debris was removed he told me that the swing set would probably be really expensive to dump so I told him to leave it. He then told me my total was $300, $25 per hour for each man for two hours plus $20 per cubic yard to dump. He estimated 10 cubic yards. I was taken aback as this was nearly double his quote to me and he had opportunity when he arrived to tell me it would be more before he started, not after. So I felt like I had to pay it. I emailed him after to tell him I didn't feel that was fair and 5 days after the job he told me he was about to go to the dump and could bring me a receipt. I'm sure there was additional debris in his truck by then so I declined and decided to move on. Just be aware when getting quotes. His work is fantastic but communication is not.

"Hi, if I give you a quote for 20.00 for a cubic yard and we see 3 cubic yards is 60.00 plus the trip righ,but if you have 10 cubic yards of debris ,you to have the chance to tell me was to much for you ,and the top you ask me to take way more debris including the kids broken play ,old wood not organic like branches ,and on top you tell me I have bad communication after I ask you list 3 times before I leave,after you tell me you didn't feel right I give the option to take your check back and you told me was okay,but seems to me is not,thank you for your comments is the only way to get better in the future."

Ivan and his men did a great job! However, communication was sometimes challenging. Ivan had said he would be at my house in the morning. They did not arrive by noon so I called him and he said they were doing another house and would be at my place by 4pm. They arrived around 3:30pm. Ivan and his workers were very efficient and worked very hard. They got everything done I had planned early so I had them work for a bit on another project I was planning on doing myself. Except for the poor communication, they did a great job! <br />
