Designer Construction and Renovation is a family owned company located in farmingville, NY. Started by our father, John Day, over 25 years ago, who is a retired police officer and veteran. Today the company has 10 employees and is managed by his son John Jr. Our company strives itself on customer satisfaction and developing relationships with the homeowners we work with. It is important to us to deliver quality outcomes, as we take pride in our neighborhood. We have expertise in bathroom remodels, plumbing, roofing, doors, windows, trim, detached garages, ect.. if you need it done we know how to do it! "Dear Ms. Begawala, We are sadden to hear that you are not completely pleased with your bathroom renovation. We enjoyed working with you over that past few months on the various home improvement projects that you hired us to do. We did have Mr. Begawala check the bathroom?s water pressure, temperature, and quality before any payment was received. We always give our customers time to do a quality check to ensure customer satisfaction. I hope your son is doing okay after his experience in the shower, scalding water is absolutely unacceptable. This sounds like a malfunction with the scald guard on your facet. As stated on our proposals we can not be reliable for faulty materials that we did not make, we can only ensure that they were correctly installed. I apologize for this inconvenience. Other then the possible faulty guard we truly hope you are pleased with your new bathroom remodel, garage floors, and refinished doors.
