I would highly recommend Iron & Oak for home renovation projects. We moved into our home in June, and the basement was roughed-in for a wet bar. From the sales and design process to final product, Iron & Oak is committed to quality and attention to detail. Peter from sales was so helpful - one of the reasons we chose Iron & Oak is because their estimates are so detailed and broken out by line item, so we could really customize our project. Alex and the construction team were wonderful - we are so thrilled with how the final wet bar turned out (especially the custom wine cabinet!). We can’t wait to host friends and family. We would highly recommend Iron & Oak for home renovations and look forward to working with them on future projects, such as updating bathrooms. I would recommend Iron & Oak to anyone. We decided to replace an old and falling apart solarium on the back of our house and wanted a three season screen porch on the same footprint. We had a number of contractors out to bid on the project.. some that provided low-cost, cookie cutter aluminum porches, some that were custom builders. In the end for us, due to the communication, dedication to quality, and reasonable value, we went with Iron & Oak. The entire process: the initial consultation with Peter, the planning of the project with Jake, and the team that they brought out to build the porch were all A+. On top of that, there is a value working with good people. Even when there were bumps in the road during the construction process, which is the norm and for the most part unavoidable, Iron & Oak was clear with their intention to take care of us as their customer and they followed up on that. They went above and beyond with this project and we are so happy that we made the decision to work with them.

We had a great experience with Iron and Oak. They gave us multiple quotes for different levels of deck rebuilding/an addition. They helped us make the right choices for our budget and future plans. They were by far the most communicative of the people we reached out to for quotes. I was really happy about the quick responses to my questions throughout the project. We only ran into a couple changes along the way and they were reasonable. We are extremely happy with the quality of our finished deck project, especially by the carpenters, Cubby Carpentry in Apple Valley, who worked on our project.

Their excellent craftmanship transformed an eyesore into an asset. This company is tops in their field, and I would recommend them for any remodeling project.

Jacob and his crew were great to work with. Project was done professionally, on time and within budget. Worksite was meticulous. The results one new deck and one rebuilt for structural issues and also needing a face lift are beautiful. I couldn t be happier with the results. I would work with Iron and Oak in the future.
