The quality, service, install, and product of our mini-split install was wonderful. What was more impressive was Joshua's commitment in meeting a timeline that was agreed upon. Their character, accountability, and demand for producing a high quality product is next to none with Joshua and his team (Ron and Gary). To meet their deadline they worked after most folks go home for the day. The install was not only done correctly, but done to align symetrically with our house features (blends in nicely). I was kept informed during the whole process (pre-install, during install, and post install). The other item i would like to mention is that Joshua made sure I did not go off the deep end with an over priced - over powered unit. He clearly explained the pro's and con's of all the models so that i could make an informed decsion rather than just pushing me to the more expensive over powered unit I was originally looking at. Joshua also provides a great after product service with the warranties and bi-yearly inspections. I give Iron Ridge a double thumbs up and I highly recommend you look and use these fine folks for your next HVAC job! Their Quality is Top Notch!!!!

I called Iron Ridge for an issue with my AC. Joshua came out the next day did some trouble shooting and checking of the system. He found the capacitor in the condenser was bad. He did have the right one but told which one to get at the store and made sure I was comfortable changing it. Will for sure use them for our maintenance and any issues we have from here on out. Highly recommend them for any furnace or AC issues.

Professionalism is beyond and above...special attention and detail to work perform...provides education in regards to operation of furnance and how home owner can assist in longevity of the furnance...love the follow up calls by owner to assure customers satisfaction....highly recommend this vendor

Iron Ridge Heating and Air did a great job. They were very helpful and informative about the different systems and which ones would work best for our needs. They were on time, professional and cleaned up when they were done. We never felt pressured in our decisions or felt like they were rushing through the processes. I would definitely recommend them if needing any work done.
