I would never recommend this company. The work ran late, my home was painted at great cost, sadly any damaged areas were neither sanded nor caulked before painting. To make matters worse, when the iron staircase was installed, hardy planking and the new paint job were greatly damaged. Juan did not take responsibility for either problem, and they still exist to this day. Furthermore, the majority of the iron work had to be redone. Part of this home exterior renovation was to have the front step tiles replaced, and again, this work was not completed, and to this day there are four tiles missing (for some unknown reason Juan instructed his tiler to not finish this job.) Beware of this charmer- he will promise you the earth and not deliver, and has left me out of pocket, as I will have to hire tradesmen to make good his work.

"This lady hired us for remodeling work at her home which included a new window. She selected her window and when it arrived, she did not like it and blamed us for it, she did not accepted her mistake. It went to the point that I had to buy a new window for her with my own money. It took 3-4 weeks to get that window and in the mean time this woman was driving me crazy!! As soon as I got it, we proceed and installed it and get the h*** out of there. One of the things she never mentioned here is the amount of extra work that we did at no charge!!"

He is a little pricy, but you get what you pay for and Juan is worth every penny. If you want iron bent, he is good. If you want iron turned into artistic funtionality, you get it here. Juan is a master craftsman.

The job is not finished and he started Sept 1, 2017 (that is more than a month ago at this posting) He lines the contract up asking for money up front and that will leave you at 3 to 4 payments. During the month of September there was more rain, and I had to text him to please send someone to chalk around new wood so the wall is not damaged again. This has been a BIG let down. The guys he hire are good guys but the owner has been less than professional or honorable. Yes, Houston is in need of contractors since Have hit but I have had other contractors come in that are not related to this job and finish their work and invoiced me after. No one else has asked for $$$$ up front.

"Mrs [Member Name Removed] hired us for a remodeling job at her house. A portion of it included change of a window at her kitchen. I personally sent her the information of the window provider and she accepted it. Once the window arrived, she didn't like it and blame us for it even though she new exactly what she was getting. I had to re order at my expense another window which took 3 weeks to arrive. She starting blaming me again for the delay. I explained to her that this issue was out of my hands. Next thing I knew, she reported us with the BBB. I encourage every one to take a look at it for is self explanatory. Immediately after the window arrived we installed it. It is very important to understand that we did a lot of extra work for this client at no cost but I guess there's people out there that loves to qualify poorly due to their limited vission of the situation. Finally I had to make her contact the BBB to clarify all this issue. She did. We will NEVER work again for this lady."
