We proudly provide residential and commercial irrigation system install and service, landscape lighting install and service, as well as corporate snow removal services for the NorthWest Suburbs of Chicago. Our quality and diverse product line, expert technicians and dedication make us just what the doctor ordered. All Irrigation Rx employees are uniformed, undergo background checks before being hired and drive company vehicles that display the company logo. We offer a three-year warranty on irrigation installation and a ten-year warranty on LED lighting fixture installation, as well as other manufacturer's warranties. We do the job correctly the first time so there are no return visits. We want the customer’s total satisfaction once the job is completed. Mark has always provided good service, however a sudden unannounced, and unagreed to, 32% price increase this year has caused me to change providers. Mark said that it is only $60/year, which is true, but it is also a 32% price increase, without notifying me before providing the service. What other business can justify a 32% price increase in one year? Buyer beware! Read your bill and do the math. John Gomoll Algonquin, Il.

I have been doing business with Mark of Irrigation Rx for 10 years and he has never disappointed me. I feel he is fairly priced and the level of workmanship from any of his employees is second to none. His system of scheduling is so accommodating and they are always on time. Exceeds my expectations.   Was the only irrigation company who would take my business during the drought of 2005.   I have used IrrigationRX since 2005.   They call twice yearly to set up appointments.  Staff performing the work are professional.  Invoices are sent via email which is convenient.

Awesome! Mark makes sure that we know what the cost is upfront in the annual contract and he ALWAYS delivers. We are never concerned about anything. He makes suggestions as we have pets and he and his team take great care. This is a years long association with Mark and I tell you, we would not use anyone else!

Went very well.  The guys were very professional.  When they started the system back up,  they went around to check each sprinkler head at every zone to make sure everything was working correctly.  Found one broken nozzle and repaired it.  And also found a leak in one of the hoses which was repaired.  Reliable and outstanding service, they never let you down.

We have used them for years for spring start-up and fall shut-down. They always contact us for scheduling, arrive as scheduled and check everything especially in the spring to make sure things are operating correctly. When we've needed service in between, it's been easy to schedule.

It went great. Irrigation RX came out in a timely manner , tested for the problem and promptly fixed it. <br />  I was fortunate to find Irrigation RX about 9 years ago. I have never worked with a better servicer in any industry. Mark who is the owner of the company is truly one of the best business people I have ever met. First and foremost, Mark brings integrity to everything he does. He also holds his entire staff to the same standard. Irrigation RX also does a quality job no matter how big or how small the project. I have used them for over 15 years. I would not ever let anyone else touch my sprinkler system. They are honest and on time; everything you look for in a provider. They really know what they are doing. They even come out to change the sequence/timer of the system at no charge!
