Initial installation was fine. Zone three developed leak and sprinkler head split on third use. Called Irri Tech three times and e-mailed twice for warranty work. I left messages on the three occasions. I cannot get a return call or response to email. I am assuming that they do not plan to honor their work. After $1,500 of repair work, 25% of the job does not work. I would stay away from using this company. They were exceptionally responsive to original request for work. Conversely, they will not respond to numerous inquiries for warranty work.

Irritech saved me when I was in a tight spot. A sprinkler system pipe broke underneath my yard and was eroding away a big part of my lawn. They came out quickly, fixed the pipe as well as some other sprinkler system issues I had and found a 2nd pipe break that they fixed for no additional charge. If you have irrigation, landscaping or lighting jobs definitely choose Irritech!
