It was super friendly I wasn't very knowledgeable but Sharma is very professional and guided me through the process. Him and his crew did an excellent job very respectful young guys. Will be hiring again!

On the day of service I got a call from Rupendra (?) he had been in an accident and couldn't make it. First thing I thought was what an excuse. Seconds later a photo came showing the wrecked truck on a flatbed tow truck. I was so ashamed of myself. He offered to come the next day, but I needed it a couple of days later. On the follow-up day they were there right on time at the end of the day. The job was done and cleaned up nicely. I was so impressed I told them I wanted to setup a lawn service. I’m happier with a small company that keeps their word than a large fancy one that can’t seem to keep theirs… Being the end of the day I knew they guys were tired so I gave them some fresh muffins to hold them over until they got home. Thanks guys!

Island Bros responded to the service inquiry within an hour on a Sunday morning and provided an estimate by 12:30pm. Services were rendered on Monday morning. I was happy with the quick service and excellent communication. Problem was fixed and provided a low stress solution. Highly recommend for reliability.
