I have used Richard's company to service my ductless system last year and again this year. He cleans all the ductless units (with special equipment and cleaning solution) and checks the compressor unit for any leaks and thoroughly cleans the unit and fins. This winter he responded to my home to fix my gas furnace and he was very timely (due to the extreme cold weather). I consider Richard my HVAC specialist and will continue to use his services as needed.

The technician was very professional and knowledgeable and resolved an HVAC issue we had been dealing with for some time. His technical expertise with the boiler, furnace, and HVAC system allowed him to address all system issues effectively.

Rich came to my house in the middle of a snowstorm and assessed the problem and resolved my issue. Rich was extremely pleasant and very respectful. We don’t wear shoes in my house and without even asking he removed his shoes
