Bathroom - Remodel
$25,000
We are very pleased with the outcome of our guest bathroom project. We converted the bathtub to a walk in shower. The result is a beautiful modern shower that functions as well as it looks. Every person who worked on the project was expert in their specialty and very personable. I highly recommend Island Homes and Renovations for a sure bet on a professional and worthy experience.

Everything about my kitchen renovation project was fantastic. From the initial call(measure and discuss ideas) to CAD design… demo, install, plumbing, electric, to countertops… everyone was professional, clean, friendly… my project once on the schedule took 6 weeks- longest point - waiting for the countertops. Every phase project manager discussed the job on site - was I pleased / issues / concerns… I would definitely use them again.

Island Homes and Renovations in Vero Beach came highly recommended by a neighbor, and my experience matched that praise. I chose a nice slab that worked beautifully and was given a very good price. A template was arranged a few days later, and the project moved quickly to demolition and installation. The vanity and countertop look fantastic, and I couldn’t be happier with the results. I highly recommend Island Homes and Renovations for any renovation project.

Island Homes has been wonderful to work with, from their wonderful staff’s ability to resolve any concerns we’ve had along the way. Some customer service, specifically the owner could have been a little difficult but I LOVE how our shower turned out and would definitely work with them again!

The Island Home and Renovations team did an excellent job designing, building and installing 1) a custom built-in banquette in a family room bay window and 2) custom built-in corner cabinetry/entertainment center. The work was completed on schedule and at a fair price. The owner (JJ) was hands-on and maintained regular communication with me. I'm in the process of using them again for another home improvement project.

We had Island Homes fix a water damaged wall and replace the floor tile in our master bath. Everything turned out great. A much needed update with the new floor. The new glass is really nice too. All of the workers that came into our house were professional and easy to speak to and eager to answer questions.
