Joe and his team did a great job for a fair price. Very knowledgeable and experienced. No job too big or small. I'll be hiring them again and for property maintenance.

Joe and his team from Island Property Maintenance and Repairs were fantastic from start to finish. Joe was responsive to my needs and was more than willing to quote the job in stages so that I could monitor my budget. I paid the company as the job progressed. Joe sent out a three man team and these men were professional, talented and worked hard all day. They continually checked with me about any issues as they arose. I would highly recommend Island Property Maintenance and Repairs and will definitely use them again for any future projects.

Outstanding, they went above and beyond, he gave me 20% off for the senior discount for the service call, which i was surprised by and enjoyed. VERY impressed with the price, for the dishwasher rack he made something up and it works perfectly to keep it from sliding anywhere. They cleaned up after themselves which was nice too. Very polite young man. I took some of his business cards and am passing them out to anyone who asks.

Joe was terrific. Responded quickly, showed up exactly as promised and did a great job for a reasonable amount. We will definitely use him agai. If the need arises.

Excellent! Joe arrived promptly for our first appointment and followed up- with me via email. The crew showed up on the scheduled day of work and were polite and professional. The molding we had didn't quite match what was already on the wall (that needed to be matched) so Joe searched around and found a match for us. They also boxed in the movie theater screen that makes it look so much better than what I had in mind. The price was a little higher than I was anticipating, but I would definitely hire them again.

In Florida our July weather is extremely hot and humid.  Work was begun and finished over parts of three days.  It came in under budget and we were completely satisfied.  The one thing that I appreciated was the quick call back once I asked about their services.  My husband was pleased that the work was done completely and competently.  I wish that all companies felt this way about their clients.

Next appointment, work accomplished to fulfill expectations. Cleanup and discussion of the project done to my satisfaction. They performed all their duties in a most professional and a yet very personal manner. We can't express enough of our gratitude for the job they did. Not completed yet but work is all well very well done.  Plus I sleep during the days and work nights.  They try very hard not to disturb me.

The job turned out great! The work was done professionally and correctly and it couldn't look better. Cost of course was more than anticipated due to running into unforeseen complications. I felt very confident that I had the right people working on this job.
