They did an excellent job of re-grouting the tiles on two bathroom floors. I'm pleased with how it all turned out!

I have used I & Sons, LLC both in my personal home and as a subcontractor for a customer. They are extremely professional and do wonderful work. I highly recommend them and will use them again in the future.

Replaced old grout in bathroom floor. Clean lines without any holes in the grout! Everyone was friendly, responded quickly to my bid request and left the site spotless. Would use them again. Thanks! First picture shows missing grout. Second picture shows floor after repair.

His response was prompt and showed up on time. Very courteous and respectful. As for the actual work done, he may be good at other types of handy jobs but definitely not grout work. When he ?finished? the job, I had to ask him to please make the grout lines cleaner since they looked very uneven and unprofessional. He cleaned it all up and made it better, but he wouldn?t have done so if I hadn?t asked. I don?t think I?d hire him again for grout work.

The workers were friendly, experienced, and arrived on time. They were able to explain why I had the problem and what might be required in the future.

We had a great experience with I and Sons replacing our very dated and unsafe railings and banisters. From the start, they were extremely responsive and easy to work with. He came in with a fair quote and was flexible with scheduling. After the work was done, we discovered that the preexisting structural components were insufficient so they had to go back in and reinforce some parts, which they did willingly - they really wanted to make sure that we were happy with the project. They were communicative throughout the process and always very friendly and thoughtful of our household while they worked. We're happy with the result and the whole process to get there, strongly recommend them!

Irving communicated very well and addressed all of our issues. Unfortunately we still have a leak issue (not due to his work) that he will come back to help us figure out and hopefully solve. He and his team were very professional and took care of the work quickly.

Looking for someone who will do small projects around your home, efficiently, timely? I and son's stepped right up to the plate and hit a home run. They provided a quote and estimate based on a few photos. Then stopped by and answered all our questions. They were able to start the next day. The team was professional, courteous, on-time. They kept the work site clean.

Couldn't be happier with the work I & Son's performed. We had a tight timeline for some not minor remodel work and they made it happen. Irving and his partner were very professional, thorough, and accommodating. Would definitely hire again.
