Right from the get go Brian was very helpful. He was very up-front and patiently explained all the kinds of insulation and suggested which ones to use. He even went so far as to include the inside wall insulation for soundproofing at no cost since the project was large. Very easy to work with and flexible.

Itchy was the only contractor on this site willing to discuss various types of insulation with me. One of the others insisted on blown-in. Another insisted on radiant-barrier only. Itchy was willing to consider blown-in, radiant-barrier, and batt insulation. We ended up going with the batt insulation and don't regret it at all. Itchy found a deal on batt insulation in quantity and so completed the attic and used the excess material in the sub-flooring. Great job!
