Well, he had a little trouble but eventually we figured out how to get it off. He was here about an hour. He was ahead of schedule. When he called me he told me he would show up in an hour, he showed up in 45 minutes. Thank you Larry!

Awful!! I told him it was a 60 to 70 inch TV when I made the appointment. He showed up alone and unprepared. He saw the TV sitting there. He put up a bracket. The bracket and recruited my daughter to help him lift the TV. I was playing for a service!!! This was not a daddy daughter day. The bracket was to small. I had to wait for that one to be removed and another on put up. Now he wants both of us to help him lift the TV, again I paid for a service. A couple of days later it looks like the TV is going to fall, hanging all crazy on the bracket, so far it's been 3 days and all I've gotten is a bunch of excuses. He tells me he is coming to fix it and doesnt show up. twice now! I have to take off work for this! Don't hire this company, you will regret it.
